A base in Brazil's beauty business
The beauty and cosmetics retailer Wella Company is partnering with ID Logistics to open its first distribution centre in Brazil to leverage the provider’s local network and tech expertise.
The hub is located in Extrema, Minas Gerais, close to major consumption centres. With a surface area of 12,000 sqm, the site has a capacity of 14,000 pallets. The partners plan to install a solar panel system for the property's energy needs in 2025.
“This new partnership and the new services offered will contribute to the efficiency and success of this operation, allowing Wella Company's customers – beauty professionals and the communities surrounding the group – to grow,” says Caroline Apezzatto, director of business development at ID Logistics Brazil.
