24plus integrates Zufall hubs into its network
The Germany-based Zufall logistics group plans to integrate its three locations - Nohra (Thuringia), Haiger and Fulda (both in Hesse) - into the 24plus network by the end of 2019. The cooperation with 24plus will focus on deliveries and procurement logistics in the relevant local areas and will have no impact on the status of Zufall’s offices within their own core partnerships.
“24plus is a high-performance general cargo alliance with strong partners and high quality standards. It is an ideal addition to our activities in the general cargo business,” says Zufall’s managing director Jürgen Wolpert. “We increase our incoming volumes and therefore improve the profitability of our hubs.”
The new system partnership between Zufall and 24plus revives a cooperation that dates back to the beginnings of 24plus. From the foundation of the cooperation in 1996 until the launching of the 24plus central hub Hauneck at the beginning of 2000, Zufall managed the 24plus central hub at the location in Fulda-Eichenzell as a provider on behalf of 24plus.
