240 new wagons for Ermewa's fleet
The first 30 LPG Safety++ pressurised gas tank wagons for transporting liquefied gas recently rolled off the production line in Tarnowskie Góry (Poland). All in all, 240 of these new wagons will be gradually integrated into Ermewa's fleet.
The model was developed in cooperation with wagon manufacturer Chemet. The brand-new wagons bring the highest safety standards, outstanding efficiency and a future-oriented technical design onto the rails, the freight transport company, which is owned by the French state railways SNCF, confirms. A LPG Safety++ wagon can carry 3 t more propane gas than a 110 cbm standard LPG wagon. (ben)
