150 Actros for refrigerated deliveries
The German refrigerated transport specialist Tevex Logistics received a batch of 14 Actros L trucks at Daimler’s site in Wörth (Germany) recently.
The handover is the first step in a comprehensive renewal of the company’s fleet. The order totals 150 Actros L vehicles, which will be delivered this year. A further 50 Actros L are under option. The trucks are equipped with Mercedes-Benz new ‘Pro Cabin Cap’, which reduces fuel consumption through improved aerodynamics, contributing to increased efficiency and reduced CO2 emissions, the manufacturer said.
Tevex Logistics is a long-standing Daimler partner for tests, including for battery-electric lorries from Mercedes-Benz Trucks. (ben)
