Cette certification confirme la conformit\u00e9 avec la norme DNV ST-0511 pour les syst\u00e8mes de propulsion assist\u00e9s par le vent et facilite l&#8217;int\u00e9gration des VentoFoils sur des navires certifi\u00e9s DNV dans le monde entier. L&#8217;approbation vise \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&#8217;adoption de la propulsion \u00e9olienne dans l&#8217;industrie maritime.<\/p>\n<p>Chiel de Leeuw, directeur commercial d&#8217;Econowind, a comment\u00e9 l&#8217;importance de ce certificat : \u00ab DNV est l&#8217;une des principales soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de classification au monde. Ce TADC donne aux propri\u00e9taires de navires certifi\u00e9s DNV l&#8217;assurance que les VentoFoils r\u00e9pondent aux normes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es de l&#8217;industrie. \u00bb Il a soulign\u00e9 que le processus d&#8217;approbation est simplifi\u00e9 tant pour les r\u00e9trofits que pour les nouvelles constructions. Les VentoFoils sont particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9gration dans les phases de conception tardives et pour les projets de r\u00e9trofit.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie VentoFoil 3 est le produit le plus vendu d&#8217;Econowind, avec plus de 150 unit\u00e9s vendues. Le syst\u00e8me utilise activement l&#8217;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la propulsion, ce qui contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la consommation de carburant et \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer les p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s dans le cadre de FuelEU. Une base inclinable permet d&#8217;abaisser les ailes pendant les op\u00e9rations portuaires ou par mauvais temps, rendant le syst\u00e8me flexible.<\/p>\n<p>Le TADC s&#8217;applique au design de 16 m de la s\u00e9rie VentoFoil 3 et soutient l&#8217;int\u00e9gration facile dans les navires certifi\u00e9s DNV, sans avoir \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#8217;ensemble du processus d&#8217;examen de conception. Cela permet aux propri\u00e9taires de navires, aux chantiers navals et aux \u00e9quipes de projet de passer plus efficacement de la phase de conception \u00e0 l&#8217;installation, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la complexit\u00e9 du projet et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant l&#8217;adoption.<\/p>\n<p>Hasso Hoffmeister, ing\u00e9nieur principal senior chez DNV Maritime, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab C&#8217;est un grand plaisir pour moi de remettre ce nouveau certificat \u00e0 Econowind. Depuis 2022, le nombre de navires en service a \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par cinq, et nous avons maintenant d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la barre des cent.
