La strat\u00e9gie identifie les ports inefficaces, les goulets d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement dans le transport ferroviaire, les capacit\u00e9s limit\u00e9es de fret a\u00e9rien et les co\u00fbts logistiques \u00e9lev\u00e9s comme des obstacles commerciaux majeurs.<\/p>\n<h3>Priorit\u00e9s pour la promotion des exportations<\/h3>\n<p>Parmi les mesures cl\u00e9s figurent l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de la performance du port du Cap, l&#8217;expansion des services de transport de marchandises par rail, le d\u00e9veloppement des liaisons de fret a\u00e9rien ainsi que la mise en place d&#8217;infrastructures modernes de logistique et de cha\u00eenes du froid. De plus, des proc\u00e9dures douani\u00e8res am\u00e9lior\u00e9es et une num\u00e9risation accrue devraient contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les temps de transit et \u00e0 augmenter la fiabilit\u00e9 des cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement.<\/p>\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie vise \u00e0 augmenter le nombre d&#8217;exportateurs de 1 000 d&#8217;ici 2035 et \u00e0 ouvrir de nouveaux march\u00e9s internationaux pour des secteurs tels que l&#8217;agriculture, la fabrication et la technologie. L&#8217;Afrique, l&#8217;Europe, le Royaume-Uni, les \u00c9tats-Unis, l&#8217;Asie et le Moyen-Orient ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s comme des cibles d&#8217;exportation prioritaires.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la pr\u00e9sentation de la strat\u00e9gie, Ivan Meyer (au centre), ministre de l&#8217;Agriculture, du D\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et du Tourisme du Cap-Occidental, a soulign\u00e9 que l&#8217;acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 d\u00e9pend d&#8217;une logistique efficace. \u00ab L&#8217;acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 est le pont qui relie les entreprises du Cap-Occidental aux opportunit\u00e9s mondiales, aux investissements et aux emplois \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. Le gouvernement provincial a ajout\u00e9 qu&#8217;une performance logistique am\u00e9lior\u00e9e est essentielle pour soutenir la croissance des exportations, attirer des investissements et cr\u00e9er
