Avec cet investissement, la capacit\u00e9 de traitement annuelle passera de 2 millions de tonnes \u00e0 4,5 millions de tonnes, plus que doublant ainsi la capacit\u00e9. L&#8217;objectif est de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande mondiale croissante tout en garantissant un traitement rapide et de qualit\u00e9 des marchandises pour les clients. Cette expansion renforce la position d&#8217;Istanbul en tant que n\u0153ud de fret a\u00e9rien international majeur.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6dige Industries, d\u00e9j\u00e0 responsable de l&#8217;\u00e9quipement du terminal existant (photo) avec des syst\u00e8mes de traitement de fret enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9s, a de nouveau \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 comme partenaire technologique pour ce projet. La nouvelle phase, SMARTIST 2.0, s&#8217;appuie sur les syst\u00e8mes automatis\u00e9s install\u00e9s en 2021 lors de la premi\u00e8re phase. Elle int\u00e8gre des technologies modernes d&#8217;automatisation et num\u00e9riques pour optimiser encore l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du service pour les clients de Turkish Cargo.<\/p>\n<h3>Extension de l&#8217;automatisation et de l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>SMARTIST 2.0 repr\u00e9sente une autre \u00e9tape importante dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;une des plus grandes installations de fret au monde, couvrant une superficie totale de 370 000 m\u00b2. Les syst\u00e8mes innovants sont con\u00e7us pour une automatisation maximale et permettent un stockage et une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration sans faille des dispositifs de chargement unitaires (ULD) et des palettes internes. Ce projet souligne notre engagement \u00e0 soutenir la croissance de Turkish Cargo tout en garantissant les plus hauts standards en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;automatisation et d&#8217;excellence op\u00e9rationnelle. \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>D\u00e9tails techniques de la nouvelle installation<\/h3>\n<p>Le c\u0153ur du nouveau terminal est constitu\u00e9 d&#8217;un entrep\u00f4t \u00e0 rayonnage haut de six niveaux avec 1 562 positions ULD. L&#8217;installation comprend neuf v\u00e9hicules de transfert \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs de 15 pieds et dix v\u00e9hicules de transfert de 15 pieds. De plus, 23 postes de travail \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs de 10 pieds et deux postes de travail \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs de 20 pieds sont con\u00e7us pour une manipulation ergonomique et efficace des ULD. La solution est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par 22 plateformes anti-basculement, 76 plateformes rectangulaires, deux quais pour camions de 20 pieds et pr\u00e8s de 1 000 plateformes roulantes motoris\u00e9es. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments parfaitement coordonn\u00e9s cr\u00e9ent un syst\u00e8me de flux de mat\u00e9riaux hautement flexible et enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour soutenir le transport rapide et stable des ULD, le syst\u00e8me comprend \u00e9galement un entrep\u00f4t de palettes interne avec 28 dispositifs de manutention, deux \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs, 882 convoyeurs de stockage et de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement automatis\u00e9s, ainsi que 18 216 emplacements de stockage pour palettes internes mesurant 1,2 m x 1,2 m. Ces composants garantissent un fonctionnement continu et performant dans l&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;installation, assurant un traitement ponctuel et fiable de tous les types de
