Malgr\u00e9 l&#8217;espoir d&#8217;un apaisement rapide, la r\u00e9gion demeure un espace de conflit g\u00e9opolitique, o\u00f9 la navigation commerciale civile est consid\u00e9rablement affect\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but du conflit, environ 50 navires avec environ 1 000 marins, appartenant \u00e0 des int\u00e9r\u00eats allemands ou op\u00e9rant sous gestion allemande, \u00e9taient bloqu\u00e9s dans le Golfe Persique. Au cours des derniers mois, plus de la moiti\u00e9 de ces navires ont pu \u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9s de la zone de danger avec un effort de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9 et en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les marines locales. Actuellement, environ 20 navires avec environ 400 marins se trouvent encore dans la r\u00e9gion, la situation restant dynamique et impr\u00e9visible.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Kr\u00f6ger, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;Association des armateurs allemands (VDR), souligne l&#8217;urgence de la situation : \u00ab Il faut que tout le monde comprenne une chose : \u00e9vacuer les navires avec leurs \u00e9quipages de la zone de danger est une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape importante. Mais t\u00f4t ou tard, ils doivent \u00e9galement pouvoir revenir en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour transporter des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et des biens indispensables. \u00bb Il rappelle que le commerce mondial repose sur une navigation fonctionnelle et que le d\u00e9troit d&#8217;Hormuz doit \u00eatre navigable en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les deux sens pour maintenir les cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;importance de la navigation libre est soulign\u00e9e par la multitude de biens transport\u00e9s par voie maritime. Cela inclut l&#8217;\u00e9nergie, les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, les aliments, les m\u00e9dicaments et les produits industriels \u2013 toutes des marchandises essentielles pour les personnes et les entreprises dans le monde entier. Les perturbations dans ces cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement peuvent non seulement menacer l&#8217;approvisionnement, mais aussi augmenter le co\u00fbt de la vie, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement perceptible en Allemagne.<\/p>\n<p>Le VDR observe avec inqui\u00e9tude que les risques g\u00e9opolitiques pour la navigation commerciale internationale augmentent sur plusieurs routes maritimes strat\u00e9giques. Les attaques en mer Rouge, la guerre en mer Noire, les tensions dans le d\u00e9troit de Ta\u00efwan ainsi que les menaces hybrides en mer du Nord et en mer Baltique illustrent que la libert\u00e9 de navigation est sous pression \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle mondiale. Kr\u00f6ger avertit : \u00ab Aujourd&#8217;hui, c&#8217;est le d\u00e9troit d&#8217;Hormuz, demain ce sera peut-\u00eatre le d\u00e9troit de Malacca, le d\u00e9troit de Ta\u00efwan ou un autre passage maritime strat\u00e9giquement important. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Il appelle la communaut\u00e9 internationale \u00e0 tout mettre en \u0153uvre pour r\u00e9tablir durablement la libert\u00e9 de navigation et garantir la protection des navires commerciaux ainsi que de leurs \u00e9quipages. La libre circulation \u00e0 travers les d\u00e9troits internationaux est un principe fondamental du droit maritime international qui ne doit pas \u00eatre sap\u00e9 militairement ou \u00e9conomiquement.
