Cette autorisation \u00e9largit le champ d&#8217;application de la &#8222;EURO6000&#8220; et souligne, selon un communiqu\u00e9 du fabricant, son r\u00f4le dans le transport de marchandises transfrontalier en Europe de l&#8217;Ouest. La locomotive est, selon Stadler, actuellement la seule \u00e0 circuler sur la importante route Nord-Sud M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La &#8222;flotte EURO6000&#8220; comprend, selon l&#8217;entreprise, plus de 100 locomotives qui assurent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des liaisons de fret international entre la France et l&#8217;Espagne. Ces locomotives sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de six essieux et d&#8217;une puissance de 6 MW. Elles sont con\u00e7ues pour transporter des trains de marchandises pesant plus de 2 000 tonnes, m\u00eame sur des pentes raides en mode de locomotive unique.<\/p>\n<h3>Possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;utilisation \u00e9largies<\/h3>\n<p>Avec l&#8217;homologation pour la Belgique, la &#8222;EURO6000&#8220; sera en mesure d&#8217;optimiser davantage la logistique transfrontali\u00e8re en Europe de l&#8217;Ouest, comme l&#8217;indique Stadler. La locomotive soutient le transport de marchandises et devrait contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les processus logistiques dans la r\u00e9gion. Le corridor Nord-Sud M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, sur lequel circule la &#8222;EURO6000&#8220;, relie les routes de fret entre le sud et le nord de l&#8217;Europe et comprend des pays comme
