Un accent particulier est mis sur le d\u00e9veloppement du transport de marchandises par rail et le renforcement des infrastructures pour le transport routier.<\/p>\n<h3>Attribution du service d&#8217;exploitation ferroviaire<\/h3>\n<p>Parmi les principales d\u00e9cisions figure l&#8217;approbation des r\u00e9sultats de l&#8217;appel d&#8217;offres pour l&#8217;attribution du service d&#8217;exploitation ferroviaire dans les ports de Savona et Vado Ligure. Le service a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 Mercitalia Shunting &amp; Terminal S.r.l. apr\u00e8s que deux entreprises ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;appel d&#8217;offres public. L&#8217;attribution a une dur\u00e9e de cinq ans avec possibilit\u00e9 de prolongation de deux ann\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires et a une valeur totale estim\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 22,6 millions d&#8217;euros. Ce service est crucial pour la continuit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle des deux installations portuaires.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;offre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e s&#8217;est distingu\u00e9e tant sur le plan technique qu&#8217;\u00e9conomique, proposant une r\u00e9duction de prix de 12,6 % par rapport aux tarifs initiaux. Elle pr\u00e9voit un mod\u00e8le int\u00e9gr\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9alisation des op\u00e9rations ferroviaires et de la traction, incluant une organisation op\u00e9rationnelle 24\/7. De plus, des solutions respectueuses de l&#8217;environnement seront mises en \u0153uvre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation de biocarburants \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions ainsi que des syst\u00e8mes num\u00e9riques pour la gestion des activit\u00e9s et un programme de maintenance am\u00e9lior\u00e9 pour les infrastructures et les v\u00e9hicules.<\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau processus d&#8217;attribution vise \u00e0 renforcer la connexion intermodale par rail, \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des ports de Savona et Vado Ligure et \u00e0 promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement du transport de marchandises par rail en accord avec les objectifs de durabilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;autorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Nouveaux parkings pour camions<\/h3>\n<p>De plus, le comit\u00e9 a \u00e9galement approuv\u00e9 l&#8217;attribution d&#8217;une concession pour une dur\u00e9e de quatre ans \u00e0 la Trasportounito Service Cooperativa Consortile. Cette concession concerne une surface d&#8217;environ 6 300 m\u00b2 le long des voies lat\u00e9rales de la passerelle portuaire au Varco Etiopia dans le port de G\u00eanes. Un nouveau parking r\u00e9glement\u00e9 pour les poids lourds y sera am\u00e9nag\u00e9. Cette mesure est n\u00e9cessaire pour cr\u00e9er une solution alternative aux surfaces actuellement utilis\u00e9es dans le parc de recherche scientifique et technologique d&#8217;Erzelli, qui sont affect\u00e9es en raison du d\u00e9but des travaux pour un nouveau site universitaire. Cela garantira la continuit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle pour les entreprises de transport routier qui desservent quotidiennement le port de G\u00eanes.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle aire de stationnement vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;organisation du stationnement des poids lourds, \u00e0 augmenter la capacit\u00e9 de circulation, \u00e0 rendre les op\u00e9rations logistiques plus efficaces et \u00e0
