Il s&#8217;agit du troisi\u00e8me contrat attribu\u00e9 pour la planification de cette zone de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport futur. L&#8217;ouverture de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport est pr\u00e9vue pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2032.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;infrastructure de fret<\/h3>\n<p>Le projet Cargo 3 comprend le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un complexe d&#8217;installations ainsi que de l&#8217;infrastructure de soutien pour un prestataire de services de traitement au sol, responsable de la gestion compl\u00e8te des op\u00e9rations de fret sur le tarmac de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport. Cela inclut \u00e0 la fois le fret export et import. La valeur du contrat s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 environ 1,5 million d&#8217;euros (net).<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectif de l&#8217;investissement est de cr\u00e9er une installation de transbordement de fret qui permettra le transport de marchandises \u00e0 la fois des installations externes vers les avions et vice versa. L&#8217;installation combinera des fonctions d&#8217;entreposage, de transbordement et de logistique pour minimiser le temps de stockage tout en maximisant le d\u00e9bit. Cela est crucial pour le bon d\u00e9roulement des services de fret a\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n<h3>Emplacement strat\u00e9gique et futures extensions<\/h3>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent sera construit dans la partie centre-ouest de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport, au sein de la zone pr\u00e9vue pour les op\u00e9rations de fret. L&#8217;emplacement, directement \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re entre la zone de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la zone publique, permet un acc\u00e8s pratique \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 la zone op\u00e9rationnelle de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport et au r\u00e9seau de transport sup\u00e9rieur. Cela soutiendra le mouvement efficace des frets et des marchandises et favorisera les op\u00e9rations de transport tant \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport qu&#8217;au-del\u00e0. Les plans approuv\u00e9s pr\u00e9voient \u00e9galement une extension future.<\/p>\n<p>Le contrat comprend \u00e9galement la planification d&#8217;un b\u00e2timent moderne, fonctionnel et s\u00e9curis\u00e9 pour les services responsables du contr\u00f4le de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&#8217;inspection des frets a\u00e9riens. Le b\u00e2timent de services sera strat\u00e9giquement situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;interface entre la zone op\u00e9rationnelle de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport et la zone publique. Cet emplacement offre une base optimale pour les activit\u00e9s d&#8217;inspection, de logistique et d&#8217;administration li\u00e9es au d\u00e9douanement, tout en garantissant un acc\u00e8s efficace \u00e0 l&#8217;infrastructure de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport ainsi qu&#8217;aux zones servant les compagnies a\u00e9riennes, les agents de douane et les autorit\u00e9s publiques.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/transportjournal.com\/2026\/04\/30\/cpk-commissions-budoprojekt-for-second-cargo-area\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Les deux premiers contrats pour la planification de l&#8217;infrastructure de Cargo 1 et Cargo 2 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 Cundall Polska et \u00e0 Budoprojekt Cooperative Enterprise<\/a>. Les travaux de planification de la zone de fret ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9s en trois lots pour tenir compte de l&#8217;ampleur du projet et des diff\u00e9rentes caract\u00e9ristiques de l&#8217;infrastructure pr\u00e9vue. Selon le calendrier du projet, les installations de fret devraient \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnelles d&#8217;ici la fin de 2031.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/portpolska.pl\/\"
