L&#8217;objectif de ce projet est de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer, d&#8217;analyser et de pr\u00e9dire l&#8217;usure des pneus de mani\u00e8re standardis\u00e9e et pratique en laboratoire. Les r\u00e9sultats du premier tour incluent notamment des donn\u00e9es sur l&#8217;usure de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, l&#8217;analytique des particules, des mod\u00e8les tribologiques, l&#8217;analyse de surface assist\u00e9e par IA ainsi que des concepts pour des bancs d&#8217;essai et des m\u00e9thodes de vieillissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 et de d\u00e9tection des COV.<\/p>\n<h3>Progr\u00e8s dans l&#8217;industrie des pneus<\/h3>\n<p>Le projet \u00ab Plateforme technologique pour l&#8217;usure des pneus et l&#8217;identification de ses \u00e9missions dans le trafic routier TERIS \u00bb vise, selon l&#8217;institut, \u00e0 faire avancer le d\u00e9veloppement des pneus et des m\u00e9langes de caoutchouc. Avec l&#8217;ach\u00e8vement du premier jalon et la r\u00e9vision du projet qui y est associ\u00e9e, une \u00e9tape essentielle a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie. Cela a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9 par le conseil consultatif compos\u00e9 de professionnels de l&#8217;industrie.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles normes pour l&#8217;analyse en laboratoire et la pr\u00e9diction de l&#8217;usure des pneus reposent sur une combinaison de diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de collecte et de mesure. Celles-ci doivent permettre une analyse pr\u00e9cise des fractions de particules en suspension et s\u00e9diment\u00e9es. De plus, des mod\u00e8les tribologiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9s pour \u00e9tudier le lien entre les param\u00e8tres de charge, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux, la structure de surface et la formation de particules.
