Ces investissements sont cruciaux pour pouvoir r\u00e9ellement tirer parti des avantages en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de navires.<\/p>\n<p>Dans toute la r\u00e9gion, les armateurs montrent, selon la d\u00e9claration, un int\u00e9r\u00eat actif pour l&#8217;acquisition de nouvelles tonnages, favoris\u00e9 par les conditions actuelles du march\u00e9 et la demande de navires plus avanc\u00e9s. Cependant, la transition vers des types de navires modernes entra\u00eene des d\u00e9fis suppl\u00e9mentaires, notamment dans les domaines de la formation, de la gestion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la disponibilit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle. Les assureurs maritimes expriment, selon le Swedish Club, des pr\u00e9occupations concernant la complexit\u00e9 des nouveaux navires et la question de savoir si suffisamment de marins qualifi\u00e9s, avec l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience et la confiance n\u00e9cessaires, sont disponibles pour les exploiter en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9fis dans la formation<\/h3>\n<p>Julia Ju, Directrice Ex\u00e9cutive R\u00e9gionale de Team Hong Kong au Swedish Club, souligne que l&#8217;industrie est confront\u00e9e au d\u00e9fi de rendre la formation plus syst\u00e9matique. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement important, car la technologie des navires, les exigences r\u00e9glementaires et les conditions d&#8217;exploitation \u00e9voluent en permanence. Ju d\u00e9clare : \u00ab L&#8217;Asie investit dans de nouveaux navires, mais les nouveaux navires n\u00e9cessitent de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences. \u00c0 mesure que de plus en plus de navires fonctionnant au GNL et \u00e0 des carburants alternatifs arrivent sur le march\u00e9, l&#8217;industrie doit \u00eatre honn\u00eate sur le fait que la formation des \u00e9quipages suit le rythme de la technologie introduite \u00e0 bord.
