L&#8217;accord pr\u00e9voit une r\u00e9duction allant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 75 % d&#8217;ici le 30 juin 2031. Cette mesure vise \u00e0 adapter les r\u00e8gles existantes de l&#8217;UE sur les p\u00e9ages routiers aux nouveaux objectifs d&#8217;\u00e9missions de CO\u2082 qui entreront en vigueur le mois prochain.<\/p>\n<h3>Nouveau mod\u00e8le de tarification pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;accord permet aux pays de l&#8217;UE de r\u00e9duire de mani\u00e8re significative les p\u00e9ages pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions. En effet, l&#8217;introduction de v\u00e9hicules utilitaires z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission progresse plus lentement que pr\u00e9vu. Selon l&#8217;accord, les pays qui offrent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des exon\u00e9rations de p\u00e9age pour les v\u00e9hicules z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission ont la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire les frais pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 75 % d&#8217;ici le 30 juin 2031. \u00c0 partir de juillet 2031, la r\u00e9duction peut \u00eatre maintenue \u00e0 50 %. Les camions et bus z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission peuvent \u00eatre exempt\u00e9s de tous les p\u00e9ages routiers et frais d&#8217;infrastructure jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 cette date et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront ensuite de la r\u00e9duction de p\u00e9age mentionn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3>Inclusion des remorques dans la discussion<\/h3>\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociateurs ont \u00e9galement reconnu l&#8217;importance des remorques efficaces, qui contribuent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 des v\u00e9hicules conventionnels et peuvent augmenter leur autonomie. Cependant, une d\u00e9cision finale sur l&#8217;inclusion des impacts des remorques dans les p\u00e9ages routiers a \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9e. Cela doit \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9 par la Commission europ\u00e9enne, qui doit rendre son rapport d&#8217;ici le 30 juin 2029.<\/p>\n<p>Matteo Ricci, rapporteur du Parlement pour le groupe S&amp;D, a comment\u00e9 l&#8217;accord en le qualifiant de \u00ab pas \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 vers un syst\u00e8me de p\u00e9age routier plus transparent et efficace \u00bb. Il a soulign\u00e9 que le principe du pollueur-payeur reste au c\u0153ur de la r\u00e9vision tout en accordant aux pays de l&#8217;UE la flexibilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour adapter la classification des \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 pour les poids lourds aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du secteur des transports.<\/p>\n<h3>Perspectives des prochaines \u00e9tapes<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;accord provisoire doit maintenant \u00eatre formellement approuv\u00e9 par le Parlement europ\u00e9en et le Conseil. Les r\u00e8gles existantes de l&#8217;UE sur les p\u00e9ages routiers, \u00e9tablies dans la directive Eurovignette, n&#8217;obligent pas les \u00c9tats membres \u00e0 percevoir des frais pour l&#8217;utilisation de leurs routes. Cependant, s&#8217;ils choisissent de le faire, ils doivent respecter les principes \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans la directive. L&#8217;exemption de p\u00e9age pour les camions et bus z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission et \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions reste optionnelle.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/news\/de\"
