Selon un communiqu\u00e9 d&#8217;EmissionLink, un service int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de gestion des \u00e9missions, des lignes directrices claires sont toutefois n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir la mise en \u0153uvre pratique de ces mesures.<\/p>\n<h3>Complexit\u00e9 des r\u00e9glementations<\/h3>\n<p>Le secteur maritime fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 face, selon l&#8217;entreprise, \u00e0 un environnement r\u00e9glementaire complexe : avec l&#8217;entr\u00e9e en vigueur du syst\u00e8me d&#8217;\u00e9change de quotas d&#8217;\u00e9mission de l&#8217;UE (EU ETS) et de l&#8217;initiative FuelEU Maritime, ainsi que les efforts de l&#8217;Organisation maritime internationale (OMI) pour \u00e9tablir un cadre mondial de z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission nette, la situation devient encore plus compliqu\u00e9e. Chacun de ces syst\u00e8mes a des exigences, des d\u00e9lais et des m\u00e9thodes de calcul diff\u00e9rents. EmissionLink souligne que sans lignes directrices d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, l&#8217;\u00e9vitement des co\u00fbts doubles de CO\u2082 repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi.<\/p>\n<p>Un navire op\u00e9rant dans le commerce europ\u00e9en peut \u00eatre soumis simultan\u00e9ment aux r\u00e9glementations de l&#8217;EU ETS, aux exigences de FuelEU Maritime et aux futures directives de l&#8217;OMI sur le CO\u2082. Les obligations ne sont pas toujours clairement attribu\u00e9es, et le calcul des donn\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9mission n&#8217;est pas uniforme, comme l&#8217;indique l&#8217;entreprise. Cela pourrait entra\u00eener des situations o\u00f9 les propri\u00e9taires de navires paient non seulement deux fois pour les m\u00eames \u00e9missions, mais sont \u00e9galement confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des d\u00e9clarations multiples, des calculs doubles et des processus de conformit\u00e9 parall\u00e8les.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9mission pr\u00e9cises<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;importance de donn\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9mission pr\u00e9cises et v\u00e9rifiables augmente, selon EmissionLink, dans ce contexte. L&#8217;entreprise souligne cependant que les donn\u00e9es seules ne suffisent pas. Les propri\u00e9taires et les exploitants doivent \u00e9galement poss\u00e9der l&#8217;expertise n\u00e9cessaire pour interpr\u00e9ter ces donn\u00e9es dans les diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes r\u00e9glementaires et prendre des d\u00e9cisions commerciales. Selon ses propres d\u00e9clarations, l&#8217;entreprise a d\u00e9j\u00e0 soutenu plus de 600 navires dans la fourniture de donn\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9mission FuelEU, acqu\u00e9rant ainsi des perspectives sur les d\u00e9fis de conformit\u00e9 pour diff\u00e9rents types de navires et profils d&#8217;exploitation.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span
