L&#8217;objectif de cette mesure est d&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la croissance, de clarifier le focus et de r\u00e9partir les ressources de mani\u00e8re plus efficace \u00e0 travers le portefeuille des marques connues.<\/p>\n<h3>Nouvelle r\u00e9partition r\u00e9gionale<\/h3>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la nouvelle structure, Kraft Heinz sera divis\u00e9 en trois r\u00e9gions : Am\u00e9rique du Nord, Europe, ainsi que March\u00e9s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et \u00e9mergents du Pacifique. La r\u00e9gion des march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents regroupera les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents asiatiques ainsi que les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents occidentaux et orientaux. Marcel Regis agira en tant que Pr\u00e9sident r\u00e9gional pour les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents. Les pays europ\u00e9ens, actuellement organis\u00e9s dans les march\u00e9s \u00e9mergents occidentaux et orientaux, seront transf\u00e9r\u00e9s dans la cat\u00e9gorie des march\u00e9s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s du Pacifique, dirig\u00e9e par Willem Brandt. L&#8217;Am\u00e9rique du Nord, qui comprend les \u00c9tats-Unis et le Canada, restera sous la direction de Nico Amaya.<\/p>\n<h3>Focus sur l&#8217;approvisionnement et la cha\u00eene d&#8217;approvisionnement<\/h3>\n<p>Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central de la restructuration est la fusion du secteur de l&#8217;approvisionnement et de la cha\u00eene d&#8217;approvisionnement en une fonction centrale. Celle-ci sera dirig\u00e9e par Janelle Aydin (photo), qui assumera le r\u00f4le de Global Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer. Cette d\u00e9cision vise \u00e0 optimiser la gestion de l&#8217;ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur et \u00e0 renforcer la r\u00e9silience de la cha\u00eene d&#8217;approvisionnement. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette fonction centrale, Kraft Heinz s&#8217;attend \u00e0 une utilisation plus efficace des ressources et \u00e0 une meilleure r\u00e9activit\u00e9 face aux changements du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Steve Cahillane, PDG de Kraft Heinz, a comment\u00e9 les changements : \u00ab Nous cr\u00e9ons un \u00e9lan dans de nombreux domaines de l&#8217;entreprise, et cette nouvelle structure nous aidera \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer et \u00e0 amplifier consid\u00e9rablement nos progr\u00e8s. \u00bb La fusion de l&#8217;approvisionnement et de la cha\u00eene d&#8217;approvisionnement vise non seulement \u00e0 accro\u00eetre l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9, mais aussi \u00e0 permettre une meilleure int\u00e9gration des processus.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de cette restructuration, Cory Onell, Chief Omnichannel Sales &amp; Asia Emerging Markets Officer, et Flavio Torres, Global Chief Supply Chain Officer, quitteront leurs postes actuels.
