Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise le 10 juin lors de l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ordinaire des membres. Vavassori est propri\u00e9taire et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&#8217;Italsempione Spa, l&#8217;un des membres les plus traditionnels de l&#8217;association. \u00c0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s, Albertina Schiavoni, pr\u00e9sidente du conseil d&#8217;administration de Freschi et Schiavoni S.r.l., ainsi que Mario Zini, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de DHL Global Forwarding Spa, exerceront en tant que vice-pr\u00e9sidents. Ils ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lus \u00e0 l&#8217;unanimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Orientation strat\u00e9gique pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir<\/h3>\n<p>La r\u00e9\u00e9lection de la direction marque le d\u00e9but d&#8217;un nouveau mandat de trois ans, visant \u00e0 poursuivre la surveillance des d\u00e9fis r\u00e9gionaux et sectoriels. De plus, l&#8217;expansion des offres de soutien aux entreprises sera encourag\u00e9e. Un objectif central est de renforcer l&#8217;orientation strat\u00e9gique par une implication plus intense des repr\u00e9sentants des entreprises membres. Cela se fera par l&#8217;utilisation des diverses comp\u00e9tences au sein de la base des membres, afin de garantir \u00e0 l&#8217;Alsea un r\u00f4le de plus en plus influent dans les dialogues institutionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Une attention particuli\u00e8re sera port\u00e9e aux nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme essentielles pour le d\u00e9veloppement futur du secteur. Cette perspective se refl\u00e8te d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la composition du nouveau conseil, qui comprend cinq repr\u00e9sentants du Groupe Jeune de l&#8217;Alsea. Les th\u00e8mes du d\u00e9veloppement des entreprises et de la succession seront \u00e9galement au c\u0153ur de la prochaine assembl\u00e9e publique de l&#8217;association, qui se tiendra le 30 juin sous le titre \u00ab Fa\u00e7onner la transition, cr\u00e9er l&#8217;avenir. Responsabilit\u00e9, h\u00e9ritage et vision dans le changement de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Mesures et projets pr\u00e9vus<\/h3>\n<p>Au cours des trois prochaines ann\u00e9es, diverses mesures sont pr\u00e9vues, allant de la formation \u00e0 la num\u00e9risation, en passant par la participation \u00e0 des observations et \u00e9tudes sectorielles. Parmi les projets centraux figurent la cr\u00e9ation de commissions traitant des th\u00e8mes importants de la logistique moderne, tels que l&#8217;intermodalit\u00e9 et la distribution urbaine.
