Ces d\u00e9veloppements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9s dans le cadre du lancement du programme de vols d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 2026, qui comprend plus de 140 d\u00e9parts quotidiens de Doha vers plus de 160 destinations dans le monde.<\/p>\n<p>La compagnie a\u00e9rienne du Moyen-Orient s&#8217;\u00e9tait fix\u00e9e comme objectif, au d\u00e9but de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, de restaurer 85 % de son r\u00e9seau initial d&#8217;ici mi-juin, apr\u00e8s qu&#8217;une grande partie des vols ait d\u00fb \u00eatre suspendue en raison de perturbations r\u00e9gionales. Avec l&#8217;atteinte de cet objectif, le groupe Qatar Airways se trouve bien positionn\u00e9 pour la prochaine phase de croissance.<\/p>\n<h3>Nouveaux r\u00f4les de direction pour soutenir la croissance<\/h3>\n<p>Les deux postes nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9s, Chief Operating Officer (COO) et Chief Customer Officer (CCO), visent \u00e0 soutenir trois priorit\u00e9s centrales qui fa\u00e7onneront le d\u00e9veloppement futur du groupe. Ces priorit\u00e9s incluent \u00ab la fourniture d&#8217;une exp\u00e9rience passager de premier ordre, l&#8217;expansion de l&#8217;offre passagers et fret avec une flotte moderne, ainsi que des investissements dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la promotion des employ\u00e9s \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le Chief Operating Officer regroupera les fonctions op\u00e9rationnelles du groupe sous une direction unifi\u00e9e afin d&#8217;assurer responsabilit\u00e9, performance et normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 maximales. Ce poste sera occup\u00e9 par Abdulla Ali (photo), un Qatari qui a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment \u00e9t\u00e9 Senior Vice President pour l&#8217;assistance au sol. Ali apporte une vaste exp\u00e9rience dans les domaines des op\u00e9rations a\u00e9riennes, a\u00e9roportuaires et r\u00e9seau, et a fait ses preuves en tant que leader au sein d&#8217;\u00e9quipes performantes.<\/p>\n<p>Le Chief Customer Officer r\u00e9unira les marques et les points de contact clients sous un focus coordonn\u00e9 pour garantir coh\u00e9rence et excellence tout au long du parcours client. Ce r\u00f4le sera occup\u00e9 par Calum Laming, qui poss\u00e8de \u00e0 la fois la nationalit\u00e9 irlandaise et britannique et a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment \u00e9t\u00e9 Chief Customer Officer chez British Airways.
