Comme annonc\u00e9 lors d&#8217;une conf\u00e9rence de presse le 16 juin 2026, la nouvelle zone logistique, avec un volume d&#8217;investissement de plus de 150 millions d&#8217;euros, devrait g\u00e9n\u00e9rer environ 2 000 emplois d&#8217;ici 2030. L&#8217;a\u00e9roport, qui joue un r\u00f4le central dans la connectivit\u00e9 a\u00e9rienne de la r\u00e9gion depuis son ouverture en 1946, \u00e9largit d\u00e9sormais son offre dans le domaine de la logistique et de l&#8217;exp\u00e9dition express.<\/p>\n<h3>Importance strat\u00e9gique de la zone logistique<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;A\u00e9ropole Logistique et Fret est con\u00e7ue comme un point \u00e9conomique qui compl\u00e8te l&#8217;infrastructure existante de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport. Les premiers b\u00e2timents ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 achev\u00e9s en 2024, y compris les installations de DCB Logistic et Chronopost. D&#8217;autres ouvertures sont pr\u00e9vues dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, notamment celles de Stef Transport et XPO, qui devraient \u00eatre termin\u00e9es d&#8217;ici 2026. Au total, 100 000 m\u00b2 d&#8217;espaces logistiques seront disponibles d&#8217;ici 2030, faisant de l&#8217;A\u00e9ropole l&#8217;un des projets logistiques les plus significatifs de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;un nouvel acc\u00e8s routier, dont les \u00e9tudes techniques sont actuellement en cours, devrait accro\u00eetre l&#8217;attractivit\u00e9 de l&#8217;ensemble de la r\u00e9gion. Les travaux sont pr\u00e9vus pour le quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2027.<\/p>\n<h3>Partenariats et investissements<\/h3>\n<p>Le projet est soutenu par une multitude de partenaires publics et priv\u00e9s. Parmi les acteurs institutionnels figurent l&#8217;Autorit\u00e9 de l&#8217;aviation civile fran\u00e7aise (DGAC), la pr\u00e9fecture de la r\u00e9gion Occitanie ainsi que le D\u00e9partement de l&#8217;H\u00e9rault. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 priv\u00e9, plus de 15 entreprises ont investi dans la zone logistique, y compris des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s renomm\u00e9es comme Black Pearl Group et DCB Logistics. Ces partenariats sont essentiels pour la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs ambitieux de l&#8217;A\u00e9ropole.<\/p>\n<p>La zone logistique vise non seulement \u00e0 soutenir les entreprises existantes, mais aussi \u00e0 attirer de nouveaux acteurs du secteur logistique. Cela se fera par la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;un hub moderne de logistique et d&#8217;exp\u00e9dition express, r\u00e9pondant aux exigences du dernier kilom\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n<h3>Durabilit\u00e9 au centre des pr\u00e9occupations<\/h3>\n<p>Un autre aspect du projet est la responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9cologique. En collaboration avec le Conservatoire d&#8217;espaces naturels d&#8217;Occitanie, une compensation \u00e9cologique compl\u00e8te sera mise en \u0153uvre, garantissant la pr\u00e9servation et la restauration des habitats naturels sur une p\u00e9riode de 50 ans. Cette initiative d\u00e9montre la volont\u00e9 de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport de concilier d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et exigences \u00e9cologiques.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l&#8217;ensemble, l&#8217;A\u00e9ropole Logistique et Fret repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e significative dans le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique de la r\u00e9gion, en cr\u00e9ant des emplois et en am\u00e9liorant
