Cette demande s&#8217;inscrit dans le cadre du IATA-FIATA Consultative Council (IFCC) et concerne la r\u00e9solution 801c, article 4.2. Les modifications doivent entrer en vigueur le 1er juillet 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9, l&#8217;association des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations internationales de transitaires exprime des pr\u00e9occupations concernant la consultation insuffisante sur les impacts juridiques, op\u00e9rationnels et d&#8217;assurance des mesures propos\u00e9es. L&#8217;organisation souligne qu&#8217;il existe des incertitudes juridiques croissantes parmi les acteurs du secteur et qu&#8217;une stabilit\u00e9 est n\u00e9cessaire dans un march\u00e9 mondial du fret a\u00e9rien d\u00e9j\u00e0 perturb\u00e9. La FIATA appelle \u00e0 une r\u00e9vision des modifications afin de permettre une r\u00e9\u00e9valuation structur\u00e9e par l&#8217;industrie.
