Cette nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour les Konecranes A-RTGs (Automated Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes), offre un mouvement de grue enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9 sur de longues distances, sans n\u00e9cessiter de supervision humaine. Cette solution est disponible \u00e0 la fois pour les nouvelles grues et comme option de r\u00e9trofit pour les flottes existantes.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement du mouvement automatis\u00e9 sur de longues distances repose sur le concept Konecranes A-RTG 2.0, qui envisage une grue enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e sans barri\u00e8res physiques autour de la zone des camions. Apr\u00e8s des tests et des d\u00e9veloppements approfondis, la technologie est d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9e sur plusieurs sites et est d\u00e9sormais disponible pour une application plus large.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9tails technologiques de la nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de mouvement automatis\u00e9 sur de longues distances utilise plusieurs niveaux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour la d\u00e9tection d&#8217;objets. Des capteurs Lidar 3D \u00e0 longue port\u00e9e peuvent d\u00e9tecter de grands objets jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 50 m \u00e0 l&#8217;avance, permettant une alerte pr\u00e9coce et un ralentissement contr\u00f4l\u00e9. \u00c0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate, un scanner laser certifi\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter des objets et aider \u00e0 l&#8217;arr\u00eat de la grue si n\u00e9cessaire. Ces technologies, combin\u00e9es \u00e0 des retours d&#8217;encodeurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 des protections m\u00e9caniques, contribuent \u00e0 minimiser les risques de collisions dans les op\u00e9rations quotidiennes.<\/p>\n<p>Ville Mannari, directeur technologique des solutions portuaires chez Konecranes, d\u00e9clare : \u00ab L&#8217;automatisation du mouvement sur de longues distances de la grue r\u00e9duit la charge de travail manuelle et permet aux op\u00e9rateurs de se concentrer sur les zones o\u00f9 leur pr\u00e9sence est n\u00e9cessaire, tout en garantissant un fonctionnement s\u00fbr dans les zones de trafic mixte. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9 est con\u00e7ue selon les principes de produit modulaire de Konecranes et peut \u00eatre install\u00e9e comme un syst\u00e8me autonome. Cela permet aux op\u00e9rateurs de terminaux d&#8217;\u00e9largir leurs capacit\u00e9s d&#8217;automatisation sans avoir \u00e0 remplacer leur infrastructure de grue existante. L&#8217;\u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du mouvement automatis\u00e9 sur de longues distances correspond \u00e0 la classification PLd selon la norme ISO 13849-1 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 3691-4 pour les v\u00e9hicules industriels sans conducteur, facilitant son adoption sur des march\u00e9s fortement r\u00e9glement\u00e9s, y
