Un tribunal f\u00e9d\u00e9ral am\u00e9ricain a port\u00e9 des accusations contre Synergy Marine Pte Ltd de Singapour, Synergy Maritime Pte Ltd de Chennai, en Inde, ainsi que contre le superintendant technique du <em>M\/V Dali<\/em>. Un c\u00e2ble l\u00e2che dans un tableau \u00e9lectrique haute tension est suspect\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00eatre \u00e0 l&#8217;origine de la premi\u00e8re panne de courant.
