Le projet souligne le r\u00f4le du port en tant que porte maritime strat\u00e9gique, soutenant la reprise \u00e9conomique de la Syrie et visant \u00e0 stimuler les activit\u00e9s commerciales.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la r\u00e9union, des possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de l&#8217;infrastructure et de l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 logistique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9es afin de garantir que le port de Tartous soit bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer l&#8217;augmentation pr\u00e9vue du volume de commerce et de fret. Ces efforts visent \u00e0 positionner le port comme un n\u0153ud r\u00e9gional important reliant les routes commerciales entre le sud de l&#8217;Europe, le Moyen-Orient et l&#8217;Afrique du Nord.<\/p>\n<p>Les plans de d\u00e9veloppement du port de Tartous font partie d&#8217;un contrat de concession de 30 ans sign\u00e9 en juillet 2025 avec le gouvernement syrien. Dans le cadre de cet accord, DP World s&#8217;est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 investir 800 millions USD dans la modernisation de l&#8217;infrastructure, l&#8217;augmentation de la capacit\u00e9 et l&#8217;introduction de syst\u00e8mes modernes de traitement des marchandises.<\/p>\n<h3>Focalisation sur le d\u00e9veloppement maritime<\/h3>\n<p>DP World met ses vastes capacit\u00e9s au c\u0153ur des efforts pour revitaliser le secteur maritime de la Syrie et l&#8217;\u00e9conomie plus large. Gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9veloppement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 du port de Tartous, l&#8217;entreprise vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle et la capacit\u00e9 de traitement de divers types de fret, y compris le fret g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les conteneurs, les marchandises en vrac et le trafic Roll-on\/Roll-off, \u00e9largissant ainsi le potentiel commercial de la Syrie.<\/p>\n<p>Essa Kazim a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab DP World s&#8217;engage \u00e0 apporter une contribution significative au d\u00e9veloppement du secteur maritime syrien par la modernisation du port de Tartous conform\u00e9ment aux normes op\u00e9rationnelles internationales les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Nos discussions se sont concentr\u00e9es sur l&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de la mise en \u0153uvre pour renforcer le r\u00f4le du port dans la promotion du commerce et le renforcement des relations commerciales de la Syrie avec les march\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Kazim a ajout\u00e9 : \u00ab La reconfiguration du port de Tartous est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une \u00e9tape strat\u00e9gique pour restaurer des voies commerciales essentielles et stimuler les activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques. La modernisation des op\u00e9rations portuaires devrait am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9, faciliter les flux commerciaux et soutenir les efforts de reconstruction de la Syrie. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Situation strat\u00e9gique du port de Tartous<\/h3>\n<p>Le port de Tartous est le deuxi\u00e8me plus grand port du pays et une porte maritime importante de la Syrie vers les routes commerciales vers l&#8217;Europe, la r\u00e9gion du Levant et l&#8217;Afrique du Nord. Sa situation strat\u00e9gique am\u00e9liore la connectivit\u00e9 r\u00e9gionale et compl\u00e8te les routes existantes via le Bosphore et le canal de Suez.<\/p>\n<p>En plus du port lui-m\u00eame, DP World examine les possibilit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement de zones logistiques, de centres de fret int\u00e9rieur et de corridors de transit en collaboration avec des acteurs locaux, afin d&#8217;int\u00e9grer le port de Tartous dans les cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement r\u00e9gionales et mondiales.<\/p>\n<p>Avec des activit\u00e9s dans plus de 80 pays et le traitement d&#8217;environ 10 % du trafic mondial de conteneurs, DP World apporte une vaste exp\u00e9rience dans le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;infrastructures logistiques \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. Le projet \u00e0 Tartous \u00e9largit le portefeuille de l&#8217;entreprise au Moyen-Orient et refl\u00e8te l&#8217;accent mis sur les routes commerciales \u00e9mergentes comme moteurs de croissance \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p>Les relations commerciales entre les \u00c9mirats arabes unis et la Syrie se renforcent d\u00e9j\u00e0. Le commerce non p\u00e9trolier a atteint un niveau record de 1,4 milliard USD en 2025, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de 132,4 % par rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et,
