Ce partenariat vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer fondamentalement la logistique de la collecte et de la livraison de v\u00eatements professionnels.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9fis logistiques complexes<\/h3>\n<p>Fond\u00e9e en 2017 \u00e0 Bordeaux, Georges s&#8217;est impos\u00e9e comme un fournisseur de services complets pour les v\u00eatements professionnels. L&#8217;entreprise g\u00e8re l&#8217;ensemble du cycle de vie des v\u00eatements de travail et des \u00e9quipements de protection individuelle (EPI) pour des clients de renom tels qu&#8217;Air France, EDF et la SNCF. Chaque ann\u00e9e, Georges traite environ 2 millions de pi\u00e8ces de v\u00eatement et dessert 85 000 utilisateurs \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 4 000 points de livraison. La logistique est marqu\u00e9e par des exigences strictes et des demandes sp\u00e9cifiques des clients, n\u00e9cessitant une planification pr\u00e9cise des tourn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Avant l&#8217;introduction de Kardinal, la planification des tourn\u00e9es reposait sur un travail manuel avec Google Maps. Cette m\u00e9thode \u00e9tait chronophage et non \u00e9volutive, car l&#8217;\u00e9laboration d&#8217;un plan de tourn\u00e9e pouvait prendre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 trois jours. De plus, il n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas possible de s&#8217;adapter aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements impr\u00e9vus, ce qui affectait fortement l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<h3>Solution adapt\u00e9e aux besoins<\/h3>\n<p>Pour am\u00e9liorer les processus logistiques, Georges a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une analyse de march\u00e9 approfondie. Les exigences pour le logiciel \u00e9taient \u00e9lev\u00e9es : il devait prendre en compte les co\u00fbts de personnel des tourn\u00e9es, inclure les p\u00e9ages et g\u00e9rer les d\u00e9lais sp\u00e9cifiques des clients. Kardinal a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 comme la solution la plus appropri\u00e9e. La qualit\u00e9 de la premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9sentation et la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9terminantes dans le choix. Dans les premi\u00e8res semaines suivant l&#8217;impl\u00e9mentation, Kardinal a adapt\u00e9 le logiciel aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de Georges. Cela incluait la prise en compte des frais de p\u00e9age, l&#8217;\u00e9vitement des liaisons par ferry en Gironde ainsi que l&#8217;adaptation aux restrictions de temps de conduite individuelles.<\/p>\n<p>Micka\u00ebl Ott, responsable logistique chez Georges, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab L&#8217;optimisation de nos tourn\u00e9es ne se limite pas \u00e0 l&#8217;itin\u00e9raire le moins co\u00fbteux. Nous devons prendre en compte une multitude d&#8217;exigences, y compris les horaires des clients et les conditions d&#8217;acc\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques. Avec Kardinal, nous sommes d\u00e9sormais en mesure d&#8217;int\u00e9grer tous ces facteurs dans notre planification. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Mise en \u0153uvre rapide et succ\u00e8s mesurables<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;impl\u00e9mentation de Kardinal a eu lieu en un mois et a inclus une phase de test pour valider la solution. Aujourd&#8217;hui, un seul planificateur g\u00e8re les tourn\u00e9es pour les dix sites, tandis que les responsables de site prennent en charge la gestion op\u00e9rationnelle quotidienne. Les r\u00e9sultats sont \u00e9vidents : le temps de planification d&#8217;une tourn\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit de trois jours \u00e0 seulement une demi-journ\u00e9e. Cela permet une meilleure r\u00e9partition de la charge des tourn\u00e9es et permet aux conducteurs de terminer leur travail dans les d\u00e9lais impartis.<\/p>\n<p>Le logiciel permet \u00e9galement aux planificateurs d&#8217;apporter des ajustements aux points de livraison, pr\u00e9servant ainsi le savoir-faire des \u00e9quipes sur le terrain tout en tirant parti de l&#8217;intelligence algorithmique de Kardinal.<\/p>\n<h3>Aper\u00e7u des d\u00e9veloppements futurs<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;introduction de Kardinal soutient directement la strat\u00e9gie de croissance de Georges. L&#8217;ouverture d&#8217;un nouveau site \u00e0 Clermont-Ferrand en mai 2026 illustre cette \u00e9volution.
