Cette d\u00e9cision, adopt\u00e9e avec pr\u00e8s de 100 % d&#8217;approbation des actionnaires, marque une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive dans la restructuration de l&#8217;entreprise dans le cadre de la strat\u00e9gie 2030, visant une croissance durable, et co\u00fbtera, selon le PDG Tobias Meyer, environ 37 millions d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Au cours des derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, notre entreprise est pass\u00e9e de l&#8217;ancienne Deutsche Bundespost \u00e0 un leader mondial de la logistique. Il est temps d&#8217;adapter la structure d&#8217;entreprise historiquement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Meyer. \u00c0 l&#8217;avenir, le nom Deutsche Post AG ne sera utilis\u00e9 que pour la nouvelle filiale cr\u00e9\u00e9e, qui sera responsable des activit\u00e9s en Allemagne, notamment le transport de lettres et de colis.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette \u00e9tape, la Deutsche Post AG cot\u00e9e en bourse, qui est n\u00e9e comme successeur de la Bundespost, voit son importance r\u00e9duite. Environ un cinqui\u00e8me de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 concerne encore le secteur postal traditionnel, tandis que la majorit\u00e9 se concentre sur des domaines globaux tels que les activit\u00e9s express et de fret.
