Lors de cette op\u00e9ration ind\u00e9pendante de tout soup\u00e7on, plus de 2 900 employ\u00e9s de tous les bureaux des douanes \u00e0 travers le pays ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9s. L&#8217;objectif \u00e9tait d&#8217;identifier et de lutter contre le travail au noir et les relations d&#8217;emploi ill\u00e9gales.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de l&#8217;examen, les agents des douanes ont interrog\u00e9 plus de 7 000 personnes sur leurs conditions de travail. De plus, plus de 500 v\u00e9rifications de documents commerciaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es, portant sur toutes les activit\u00e9s du secteur, y compris la collecte, le transport, le transbordement et la livraison de colis. Sur place, les employ\u00e9s de la FKS ont engag\u00e9 plus de 50 proc\u00e9dures p\u00e9nales et environ 330 proc\u00e9dures pour infractions administratives. Dans 32 cas, des employ\u00e9s sans titre de s\u00e9jour ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 l&#8217;ouverture de proc\u00e9dures correspondantes contre les employeurs.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9sultats des examens<\/h3>\n<p>De plus, 140 violations de l&#8217;obligation de port de documents d&#8217;identit\u00e9 et 90 violations de l&#8217;obligation de d\u00e9claration imm\u00e9diate ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9es. Dans plus de 1 700 cas, des indications issues des interrogatoires ont conduit \u00e0 des v\u00e9rifications suppl\u00e9mentaires. Cela concerne environ 530 cas de v\u00e9rification du respect des dispositions sur le salaire minimum et 425 cas d&#8217;indices de dissimulation et de d\u00e9tournement de cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale.<\/p>\n<p>La FKS souligne que la lutte contre le travail au noir et l&#8217;emploi ill\u00e9gal contribue de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9cisive \u00e0 la s\u00e9curisation des syst\u00e8mes sociaux et des recettes de l&#8217;\u00c9tat. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des proc\u00e9dures d&#8217;examen et d&#8217;enqu\u00eate \u00e9tendues, des conditions de travail et de concurrence \u00e9quitables doivent \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9es. La FKS effectue r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des examens nationaux cibl\u00e9s ainsi que des examens sp\u00e9ciaux bas\u00e9s sur une approche d&#8217;examen ax\u00e9e sur les risques. Ces examens concert\u00e9s sont un outil important pour r\u00e9duire l&#8217;acceptation sociale du travail au noir et de l&#8217;emploi ill\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le secteur du transport, de la logistique et des services de messagerie, il existe \u00e0 la fois l&#8217;obligation pour les employ\u00e9s de porter leur carte d&#8217;identit\u00e9 ou un document \u00e9quivalent et l&#8217;obligation pour les employeurs de d\u00e9clarer les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale au plus tard lors de leur prise de fonction.<\/p>\n<h3><a
