L&#8217;objectif est de prendre en compte l&#8217;impact des remorques et des semi-remorques sur la structure tarifaire diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e en fonction des \u00e9missions de CO2 pour les poids lourds tels que les camions et les bus. Bien que les remorques elles-m\u00eames ne produisent pas d&#8217;\u00e9missions, elles influencent la consommation d&#8217;\u00e9nergie totale d&#8217;une combinaison de v\u00e9hicules en r\u00e9duisant les \u00e9missions globales. Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s sont convaincus que l&#8217;utilisation de remorques efficaces devrait \u00eatre r\u00e9compens\u00e9e par des p\u00e9ages r\u00e9duits.<\/p>\n<h3>P\u00e9ages r\u00e9duits pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions<\/h3>\n<p>Compte tenu des progr\u00e8s lents dans l&#8217;introduction de poids lourds z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission, la commission des transports souhaite cr\u00e9er une incitation temporaire pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions, en particulier pour ceux \u00e9quip\u00e9s de prolongateurs d&#8217;autonomie d&#8217;origine. Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s proposent que les pays de l&#8217;UE qui accordent des exon\u00e9rations de p\u00e9age pour les v\u00e9hicules z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission puissent appliquer une r\u00e9duction de 75 % des p\u00e9ages pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions jusqu&#8217;au 30 juin 2031.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s soulignent que les groupes frigorifiques de transport \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9s, fonctionnant \u00e0 batterie ou en tant que syst\u00e8mes plug-in et rempla\u00e7ant les groupes diesel pour le refroidissement des marchandises dans les camions et les remorques, peuvent contribuer de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la d\u00e9carbonisation du transport routier. Ils soutiennent donc que les pays de l&#8217;UE devraient \u00eatre en mesure d&#8217;offrir une r\u00e9duction appropri\u00e9e des p\u00e9ages et des frais d&#8217;utilisation pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9quip\u00e9s de ces groupes.<\/p>\n<h3>Simplification des r\u00e9glementations<\/h3>\n<p>Pour accro\u00eetre la clart\u00e9 juridique et r\u00e9duire les obstacles \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre et \u00e0 l&#8217;administration, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;aligner plus \u00e9troitement les r\u00e8gles actuelles de l&#8217;UE sur les p\u00e9ages routiers avec les objectifs de l&#8217;UE en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;\u00e9missions de CO2 pour les camions et les bus. De nouvelles normes d&#8217;\u00e9missions de CO2 pour les camions et les bus entreront en vigueur le 1er juillet 2026, et les r\u00e8gles de p\u00e9age routier de l&#8217;UE devraient refl\u00e9ter cette \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<h3>Prochaines \u00e9tapes<\/h3>\n<p>Par 35 voix contre 6, les membres de la commission des transports ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;entamer des discussions avec les pays de l&#8217;UE sur la formulation finale de la l\u00e9gislation. Cette d\u00e9cision n\u00e9cessite l&#8217;approbation de l&#8217;ensemble du Parlement, qui se r\u00e9unira \u00e0 la mi-mai.<\/p>\n<h3>Contexte<\/h3>\n<p>Les r\u00e8gles actuelles de p\u00e9age routier de l&#8217;UE, \u00e9tablies dans la directive Eurovignette, n&#8217;obligent pas les pays de l&#8217;UE \u00e0 imposer des frais aux v\u00e9hicules pour l&#8217;utilisation de leurs routes. Cependant, s&#8217;ils choisissent de le faire, ils doivent respecter les principes tarifaires \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans la directive. L&#8217;exon\u00e9ration de p\u00e9age pour les camions et les bus z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission reste \u00e9galement optionnelle.<\/p>\n<p><a
