Les nouvelles commandes ont consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, ce qui indique une demande robuste dans les deux segments. Le chiffre d&#8217;affaires du groupe est rest\u00e9 presque stable, soulignant la r\u00e9silience de l&#8217;entreprise. Rob Smith, PDG de KION, s&#8217;est exprim\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re optimiste sur les d\u00e9veloppements : \u00ab KION a bien d\u00e9marr\u00e9 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2026 : les nouvelles commandes et la rentabilit\u00e9 ont augment\u00e9 dans les deux segments. KION a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 sa r\u00e9silience dans un environnement d&#8217;incertitudes g\u00e9opolitiques croissantes : nous confirmons nos pr\u00e9visions pour 2026. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Indicateurs financiers en un coup d&#8217;\u0153il<\/h3>\n<p>Les nouvelles commandes au niveau du groupe se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es \u00e0 2,985 milliards d&#8217;euros, d\u00e9passant la valeur de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (2,706 milliards d&#8217;euros). En particulier, dans le segment des chariots industriels et des services, les nouvelles commandes ont augment\u00e9 de 4,2 % pour atteindre 2,041 milliards d&#8217;euros. Le nombre de v\u00e9hicules command\u00e9s a augment\u00e9 de 11,3 % pour atteindre 72 600, ce qui est d\u00fb \u00e0 une demande accrue pour les chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs \u00e0 contrepoids et les \u00e9quipements de technologie de stockage. Des effets d&#8217;anticipation li\u00e9s \u00e0 des augmentations de prix annonc\u00e9es pour avril 2026 ont \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cette hausse. En revanche, le secteur des services a enregistr\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse des nouvelles commandes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le segment des solutions d&#8217;automatisation intelligente, les nouvelles commandes ont augment\u00e9 de 25,9 % pour atteindre 951,2 millions d&#8217;euros. La reprise des affaires de projets a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue par une dynamique de march\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, en particulier chez les fournisseurs de commerce \u00e9lectronique. Le secteur des services s&#8217;est \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 stable.<\/p>\n<p>Le chiffre d&#8217;affaires du groupe au premier trimestre 2026 s&#8217;est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 2,771 milliards d&#8217;euros, presque au m\u00eame niveau que l&#8217;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (2,788 milliards d&#8217;euros). Dans le segment des chariots industriels et des services, le chiffre d&#8217;affaires a diminu\u00e9 de 4,9 % pour atteindre 2,012 milliards d&#8217;euros, tandis que le segment des solutions d&#8217;automatisation intelligente a enregistr\u00e9 une augmentation de 11,7 % pour atteindre 768,1 millions d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;EBIT ajust\u00e9 a augment\u00e9 \u00e0 205,2 millions d&#8217;euros (T1 2025 : 195,5 millions d&#8217;euros), ce qui correspond \u00e0 une marge EBIT de 7,4 %. Dans le segment des chariots industriels et des services, l&#8217;EBIT ajust\u00e9 a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9 \u00e0 182,9 millions d&#8217;euros, tandis que les solutions d&#8217;automatisation intelligente ont enregistr\u00e9 une augmentation significative \u00e0 46,2 millions d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat net du groupe s&#8217;est consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 pour atteindre 92,2 millions d&#8217;euros (T1 2025 : -46,9 millions d&#8217;euros), en raison de la r\u00e9duction des charges exceptionnelles. Le flux de tr\u00e9sorerie libre s&#8217;est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 47 millions d&#8217;euros, malgr\u00e9 les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations variables vers\u00e9es au cours du premier trimestre.<\/p>\n<h3>Investissements strat\u00e9giques et perspectives<\/h3>\n<p>KION a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 un investissement strat\u00e9gique de 35 % dans ZIKOO Robotics, un fournisseur de solutions robotiques pour le stockage de palettes bas\u00e9 en Chine. Cet investissement vise \u00e0 \u00e9largir le portefeuille de produits automatis\u00e9s et \u00e0 soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me dans le domaine de la technologie d&#8217;automatisation.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 ce d\u00e9marrage positif pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e fiscale 2026, KION met en garde contre d&#8217;\u00e9ventuelles pressions dues \u00e0 la situation g\u00e9opolitique, en particulier en raison de la guerre en Iran, qui pourrait entra\u00eener une augmentation des co\u00fbts dans les domaines de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie, du transport et des mat\u00e9riaux.
