Ce test pratique fait partie du projet europ\u00e9en ZEFES, qui se concentre sur la d\u00e9carbonisation du transport de marchandises.<\/p>\n<h3>L&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne comme technologie de propulsion au centre des pr\u00e9occupations<\/h3>\n<p>Scania s&#8217;est concentr\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es sur l&#8217;\u00e9lectrification du transport routier de marchandises, tout en poursuivant \u00e9galement l&#8217;objectif d&#8217;explorer diff\u00e9rentes technologies de propulsion durables. L&#8217;exp\u00e9rimentation de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne en est actuellement \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce, avec un accent sur des projets pilotes en Europe. La collaboration avec Gruber Logistics vise \u00e0 positionner l&#8217;Italie en tant que leader dans le d\u00e9veloppement et l&#8217;essai de solutions \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne pour le transport lourd.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet ZEFES a pour objectif d&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&#8217;introduction de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie (BEV) et de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 pile \u00e0 combustible (FCEV) dans le transport de marchandises europ\u00e9en. Martin Gruber, PDG de Gruber Logistics, souligne l&#8217;importance du test : \u00ab Il est important de souligner que ce v\u00e9hicule, bien qu&#8217;il ne soit pas encore en s\u00e9rie, est utilis\u00e9 dans des conditions r\u00e9elles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration avec des entreprises leaders du secteur manufacturier. C&#8217;est une \u00e9tape importante pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&#8217;introduction de nouvelles technologies et pour identifier imm\u00e9diatement les d\u00e9fis potentiels auxquels une entreprise de logistique pourrait \u00eatre confront\u00e9e lors de leur utilisation. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9tails techniques du v\u00e9hicule FCEV<\/h3>\n<p>Le v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne est bas\u00e9 sur un tracteur \u00e0 trois essieux d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur une plateforme BEV. Cette plateforme int\u00e8gre des r\u00e9servoirs d&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne et un syst\u00e8me de pile \u00e0 combustible. L&#8217;hydrog\u00e8ne n&#8217;est pas br\u00fbl\u00e9, mais converti en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 via la pile \u00e0 combustible. L&#8217;objectif du test est d&#8217;\u00e9valuer la performance op\u00e9rationnelle, l&#8217;autonomie et les m\u00e9thodes de ravitaillement dans des conditions r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n<p>Compar\u00e9 aux BEV conventionnels, un FCEV pr\u00e9sente certains avantages. Cela inclut une plus grande autonomie, car le syst\u00e8me de pile \u00e0 combustible permet de parcourir de plus longues distances, ainsi que des temps de ravitaillement plus courts d&#8217;environ 20 minutes. De plus, les r\u00e9seaux de distribution et de ravitaillement en hydrog\u00e8ne peuvent \u00eatre plus facilement d\u00e9centralis\u00e9s dans certains processus logistiques, ce qui les rend adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 des applications complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Simone Martinelli, responsable des ventes E-Mobility chez Scania Italie, explique : \u00ab En nous appuyant sur l&#8217;approche modulaire typique de Scania, nous avons utilis\u00e9 la plateforme BEV et l&#8217;avons combin\u00e9e avec la technologie de pile \u00e0 combustible. Il ne s&#8217;agit pas d&#8217;un v\u00e9hicule optimis\u00e9 dans sa configuration finale, mais d&#8217;une solution de transition qui nous permet de tirer parti des d\u00e9veloppements dans le domaine des groupes motopropulseurs \u00e9lectriques et d&#8217;\u00e9valuer le comportement du syst\u00e8me de pile \u00e0 combustible dans des conditions r\u00e9elles. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9v\u00e9nements et tests pr\u00e9vus<\/h3>\n<p>En plus des tests pratiques sur la route, des tests de ravitaillement ainsi que des d\u00e9monstrations statiques et dynamiques sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vus. Les r\u00e9sultats et les meilleures pratiques seront partag\u00e9s avec l&#8217;industrie. Le premier \u00e9v\u00e9nement commun aura lieu lors de la Transpotec 2026, o\u00f9 Scania et Gruber Logistics pr\u00e9senteront leur initiative le 14 mai \u00e0 12h00. Les visiteurs pourront voir le v\u00e9hicule pendant le salon dans la zone ext\u00e9rieure.
