L&#8217;entreprise, qui met en \u0153uvre le programme d&#8217;investissement global Port Polska, a sign\u00e9 un contrat avec Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Sp\u00f3\u0142dzielcze Budoprojekt. Ce contrat pr\u00e9voit l&#8217;\u00e9laboration de la documentation de conception pour la prochaine phase de la zone de fret.<\/p>\n<h3>Progr\u00e8s dans le domaine du fret<\/h3>\n<p>Le contrat repr\u00e9sente le deuxi\u00e8me des trois accords essentiels qui doivent fa\u00e7onner l&#8217;infrastructure de fret de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport futur. Le projet Cargo 2 vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un syst\u00e8me complexe d&#8217;installations et d&#8217;infrastructures de soutien, orient\u00e9 vers les prestataires de services logistiques mondiaux qui exploitent leurs propres r\u00e9seaux de distribution. L&#8217;objectif est de cr\u00e9er un environnement efficace et s\u00e9curis\u00e9 pour le traitement des livraisons de colis et express, afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande mondiale croissante en fret a\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n<p>Le contrat a une valeur de 2,1 milliards d&#8217;euros (brut). Au c\u0153ur du projet se trouve l&#8217;objectif d&#8217;assurer des processus logistiques fluides et ininterrompus, tout en r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement les d\u00e9lais de traitement des envois. Cela doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par l&#8217;int\u00e9gration des fonctions d&#8217;entreposage, de transbordement et de tri dans un agencement unifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et efficacit\u00e9 au centre des pr\u00e9occupations<\/h3>\n<p>Une pr\u00e9occupation centrale du projet est la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. La conception pr\u00e9voit une s\u00e9paration stricte et un acc\u00e8s contr\u00f4l\u00e9 entre les zones a\u00e9rienne et terrestre, afin de prot\u00e9ger \u00e0 la fois les marchandises et le personnel. Les installations pour les prestataires de services logistiques seront strat\u00e9giquement positionn\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;interface entre les zones a\u00e9rienne et terrestre, afin de permettre un transfert direct et rapide des marchandises entre le transport a\u00e9rien et terrestre. Cela est crucial pour les cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement mondiales modernes.<\/p>\n<p>Les b\u00e2timents pr\u00e9vus fonctionneront comme des centres de transfert \u00e0 grande vitesse, minimisant le temps de stockage et maximisant le d\u00e9bit. Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie que les colis seront rapidement transport\u00e9s des camions vers les avions et vice versa, avec des d\u00e9lais minimaux. Une zone de tri sp\u00e9ciale sera un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment central du projet, con\u00e7ue pour organiser rapidement les envois en fonction de leur destination. Des solutions spatiales et technologiques flexibles permettront au syst\u00e8me de s&#8217;adapter aux volumes de fret fluctuants, garantissant \u00e0 la fois efficacit\u00e9 et \u00e9volutivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier contrat pour la conception de la zone de fret, qui comprend le Cargo 1, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 Cundall Polska. Compte tenu de l&#8217;ampleur et de la complexit\u00e9 de l&#8217;investissement, la conception de la zone de fret a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9e en trois paquets distincts, chacun r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des exigences fonctionnelles et spatiales diff\u00e9rentes sur le site de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le calendrier d&#8217;investissement actuel, les installations de la zone de fret devraient \u00eatre mises en service d&#8217;ici la fin de 2031. Cet accord r\u00e9cent souligne le rythme de d\u00e9veloppement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 au Centralny Port Komunikacyjny et r\u00e9affirme l&#8217;engagement \u00e0 positionner la Pologne en tant
