Cette livraison repr\u00e9sente une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans le partenariat de longue date avec Airbus, qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 il y a plus de 50 ans. Liebherr-Aerospace est un partenaire central depuis le d\u00e9but du programme A350 et fournit des composants essentiels pour le contr\u00f4le de vol ainsi que pour le train d&#8217;atterrissage avant. Au fil des ans, l&#8217;entreprise a continuellement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sa technologie dans le domaine des trains d&#8217;atterrissage pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences changeantes des nouvelles variantes d&#8217;avions.<\/p>\n<h3>Adaptations technologiques pour l&#8217;A350F<\/h3>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re version de l&#8217;A350F, con\u00e7ue pour les op\u00e9rations de fret \u00e0 long rayon d&#8217;action, a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des adaptations compl\u00e8tes tant au niveau de l&#8217;avion de base que des syst\u00e8mes embarqu\u00e9s. L&#8217;un des d\u00e9fis d&#8217;un si grand avion cargo est d&#8217;assurer la stabilit\u00e9 au sol pendant le chargement par la porte de fret arri\u00e8re. Cette porte se trouve derri\u00e8re le train d&#8217;atterrissage, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un risque potentiel de basculement de la partie arri\u00e8re en cas de chargement incorrect. Dans le cadre du concept de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00ab Safety Beyond Standard \u00bb, Airbus a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;alerte innovant qui pr\u00e9vient d&#8217;un tel incident. L&#8217;\u00e9quilibre de l&#8217;avion au sol est calcul\u00e9 sur la base de la charge sur le train d&#8217;atterrissage avant. Pour d\u00e9terminer cette charge, Liebherr a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nouveau capteur de pression \u00e9lectronique, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans la vanne de commutation, qui surveille la pression dans l&#8217;amortisseur interne.<\/p>\n<h3>Composants \u00e9tendus pour la famille A350<\/h3>\n<p>Liebherr-Aerospace fournit \u00e0 la famille A350 une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de composants, y compris le r\u00e9ducteur diff\u00e9rentiel pour les volets, l&#8217;entra\u00eenement du capteur de charge, l&#8217;actionneur pour la porte de fret du pont inf\u00e9rieur, l&#8217;amortisseur mobile, le train d&#8217;atterrissage avant et les syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;activation des volets.
