Cydome, un sp\u00e9cialiste de la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 maritime, avertit que les navires restent localisables \u00e9lectroniquement m\u00eame avec l&#8217;AIS d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La raison en est d&#8217;autres interfaces num\u00e9riques, notamment les connexions satellites VSAT, qui transmettent en permanence des donn\u00e9es. M\u00eame si un navire devient invisible pour les syst\u00e8mes de localisation classiques, sa position peut toujours \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9e via ces canaux. Cydome souligne qu&#8217;une focalisation exclusive sur la d\u00e9sactivation de l&#8217;AIS peut m\u00eame augmenter les risques.<\/p>\n<p>Cela est d\u00fb, selon Cydome, au fait que \u00ab l&#8217;\u00e9quipage croit \u00eatre cach\u00e9, tandis que les acteurs de la menace peuvent continuer \u00e0 suivre et cibler le navire via sa signature VSAT. Le fait de ne pas combler cette lacune pr\u00e9sente non seulement le risque d&#8217;une fuite de donn\u00e9es ; cela pourrait \u00e9galement compromettre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 physique de l&#8217;\u00e9quipage, l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la cargaison et bien plus encore. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes montrent \u00e9galement que de nombreux syst\u00e8mes VSAT sont insuffisamment s\u00e9curis\u00e9s et offrent des points d&#8217;attaque potentiels. De plus, ils peuvent servir de point d&#8217;entr\u00e9e dans les r\u00e9seaux \u00e0 bord et affecter des syst\u00e8mes critiques.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;entreprise recommande donc une approche de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 globale.
