Cette d\u00e9cision prend effet imm\u00e9diatement. Trolle apporte plus de 40 ans d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur, ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment PDG d&#8217;Air &amp; Sea chez DSV de 2015 \u00e0 2024, o\u00f9 il a acquis des connaissances approfondies dans la gestion des op\u00e9rations de fret a\u00e9rien et maritime multinationales.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9orientation strat\u00e9gique<\/h3>\n<p>Dans le cadre d&#8217;un examen strat\u00e9gique mondial de la division fret a\u00e9rien et maritime, NTG a lanc\u00e9 une transformation compl\u00e8te \u00e0 la fin de 2025. L&#8217;objectif de cette r\u00e9orientation est d&#8217;accro\u00eetre la croissance organique et la rentabilit\u00e9. L&#8217;approche vise \u00e0 revenir sur des aspects fondamentaux pour favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement de la division sur les march\u00e9s respectifs. Cela se fera par des am\u00e9liorations acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es des op\u00e9rations, une strat\u00e9gie d&#8217;entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 commercial affin\u00e9e, ainsi qu&#8217;un renforcement organisationnel. De plus, un accent plus fort sera mis sur le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux domaines d&#8217;activit\u00e9 dans des march\u00e9s o\u00f9 NTG n&#8217;est pas encore pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<p>La nomination de Trolle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un pas d\u00e9cisif vers la mise en \u0153uvre de cette transformation strat\u00e9gique. Avant son arriv\u00e9e chez NTG, Trolle \u00e9tait responsable des op\u00e9rations mondiales de fret a\u00e9rien et maritime chez DSV. Son exp\u00e9rience consid\u00e9rable dans l&#8217;optimisation des performances op\u00e9rationnelles et la direction de processus de transformation est jug\u00e9e pr\u00e9cieuse alors que NTG poursuit l&#8217;expansion de sa division fret a\u00e9rien et maritime.<\/p>\n<p>Mathias Jensen-Vinstrup, PDG du groupe NTG, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 propos de Trolle : \u00ab La nomination de Carsten en tant que PDG de notre division fret a\u00e9rien et maritime est un moment d\u00e9cisif dans notre strat\u00e9gie pour transf\u00e9rer le succ\u00e8s de NTG dans le domaine de la route et de la logistique vers le march\u00e9 mondial du fret a\u00e9rien et maritime.
