Selon une analyse de l&#8217;entreprise CBRE, un volume de transactions de 1,4 milliard d&#8217;euros a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de 16 % par rapport au premier trimestre 2025. Cette \u00e9volution indique un int\u00e9r\u00eat croissant pour les biens logistiques, malgr\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse de la part de ces biens dans le march\u00e9 global.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9volutions de la part des transactions<\/h3>\n<p>La part des biens logistiques dans le volume total a diminu\u00e9 selon l&#8217;analyse de 13 points de pourcentage pour atteindre 70 %. En revanche, l&#8217;industrie l\u00e9g\u00e8re a enregistr\u00e9 une augmentation de 12 points de pourcentage pour atteindre 18 %. Les biens de production sont rest\u00e9s presque stables, repr\u00e9sentant toujours 11 % du volume des transactions.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre tendance est la diminution de l&#8217;importance des sept plus grandes villes en ce qui concerne le volume des transactions. La part de ces villes a chut\u00e9 de 10 points de pourcentage pour atteindre seulement six pour cent. L&#8217;analyse montre \u00e9galement que les transactions de portefeuille gagnent en importance. Leur part a augment\u00e9 de neuf points de pourcentage pour atteindre 21 %. Le rendement prime pour les biens logistiques reste stable \u00e0 4,4 %.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbre.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
