Selon une enqu\u00eate r\u00e9cente du Customs Support Group (CSG) men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 200 entreprises de fabrication europ\u00e9ennes, 20 % des entreprises utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes bas\u00e9s sur l&#8217;IA pour g\u00e9rer les exigences complexes du d\u00e9douanement. Malgr\u00e9 ces avanc\u00e9es, un \u00e9cart significatif se manifeste entre l&#8217;utilisation et la confiance accord\u00e9e \u00e0 ces technologies. De nombreuses entreprises estiment que l&#8217;IA peut \u00eatre utile, mais qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;est pas suffisamment fiable pour assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 des processus douaniers critiques.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9fis li\u00e9s aux erreurs de l&#8217;IA<\/h3>\n<p>Bee Newboult, responsable du marketing r\u00e9gional et de l&#8217;expansion du Customs Support Group, souligne qu&#8217;un probl\u00e8me central dans l&#8217;application de l&#8217;IA dans le domaine douanier est ce que l&#8217;on appelle les \u00ab hallucinations \u00bb, et explique : \u00ab Ce sont des sorties plausibles mais incorrectes g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par des mod\u00e8les d&#8217;IA. \u00bb Un exemple en est une demande de professionnels de l&#8217;International Meat Trade Association (IMTA), qui ont interrog\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le d&#8217;IA sur la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 d&#8217;exporter des pattes de poulet du Royaume-Uni vers la Chine. Le mod\u00e8le a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 tort par \u00ab oui \u00bb. De telles erreurs peuvent entra\u00eener des retards et des amendes \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re, ce qui souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;une supervision humaine.<\/p>\n<p>Newboult : \u00ab Les causes de ces hallucinations sont multiples. D&#8217;une part, les donn\u00e9es utilis\u00e9es pour former les mod\u00e8les peuvent contenir des contradictions ou des informations incompl\u00e8tes. D&#8217;autre part, les grands mod\u00e8les linguistiques sont con\u00e7us pour pr\u00e9dire des probabilit\u00e9s plut\u00f4t que de fournir des r\u00e9ponses pr\u00e9cises. Lorsque les donn\u00e9es d&#8217;entra\u00eenement ne sont pas claires, le mod\u00e8le comble les lacunes avec des informations plausibles mais incorrectes. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Le r\u00f4le de l&#8217;expertise humaine<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;enqu\u00eate du CSG montre que les entreprises en Europe adoptent une approche prudente dans la mise en \u0153uvre de l&#8217;IA dans la conformit\u00e9 douani\u00e8re. Les chiffres indiquent que de nombreuses entreprises pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent d&#8217;abord exp\u00e9rimenter plut\u00f4t que de se lancer imm\u00e9diatement dans l&#8217;IA. Des formulations claires et des v\u00e9rifications minutieuses des r\u00e9sultats sont essentielles pour tirer parti des avantages de l&#8217;IA tout en minimisant les risques. Bien que les outils d&#8217;IA soient capables d&#8217;automatiser de nombreuses \u00e9tapes manuelles dans le processus de d\u00e9douanement, l&#8217;expertise humaine reste indispensable.
