L&#8217;\u00e9tude montre que les entreprises font face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;impl\u00e9mentation de nouvelles technologies et strat\u00e9gies, comme l&#8217;indique Transporeon.<\/p>\n<h3>L&#8217;intelligence artificielle comme outil strat\u00e9gique<\/h3>\n<p>Selon Transporeon, l&#8217;intelligence artificielle (IA) \u00e9volue de plus en plus d&#8217;un projet pilote vers une base op\u00e9rationnelle au sein des entreprises. Les taux d&#8217;adoption des technologies IA ont augment\u00e9 en un an, passant de 17 \u00e0 41 pour cent. Cependant, de nombreuses entreprises de taille interm\u00e9diaire rencontrent des difficult\u00e9s avec l&#8217;acceptation, les ressources n\u00e9cessaires et la mise en \u0153uvre pratique de ces technologies. Les dirigeants doivent positionner l&#8217;IA comme un outil de soutien strat\u00e9gique pour ne pas perdre leur comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>La qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es comme facteur d\u00e9cisif<\/h3>\n<p>Un autre aspect soulign\u00e9 par l&#8217;\u00e9tude est la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, qui se r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00eatre un atout d\u00e9cisif pour le niveau de service. Transporeon souligne que seules des donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence propres peuvent garantir la performance des syst\u00e8mes autonomes. Malgr\u00e9 la disponibilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, seulement 32 pour cent des entreprises \u00e9tudi\u00e9es les utilisent pour des d\u00e9cisions bas\u00e9es sur l&#8217;IA. Ces d\u00e9cisions sont, selon Transporeon, n\u00e9cessaires pour atteindre un nouveau niveau de service qui inclut, entre autres, des ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) pr\u00e9dictifs, des syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;alerte proactifs et une visibilit\u00e9 multimodale.<\/p>\n<h3>Collaboration \u00e0 long terme<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9tude met \u00e9galement en avant que la collaboration \u00e0 long terme devient de plus en plus importante par rapport \u00e0 la simple optimisation des prix. La p\u00e9nurie de personnel de conduite modifie les rapports de force sur le march\u00e9, ce qui oblige les entreprises \u00e0 se positionner comme \u00ab Shipper of Choice \u00bb afin de s\u00e9curiser les capacit\u00e9s. Cela peut, selon Transporeon, \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par la num\u00e9risation syst\u00e9matique des interfaces pour \u00e9liminer les inefficacit\u00e9s.
