Selon cette enqu\u00eate, 45,5 % des entreprises de logistique travaillent encore principalement avec des processus bas\u00e9s sur le papier. De plus, pr\u00e8s de 35 % des r\u00e9pondants constatent des ruptures m\u00e9diatiques quotidiennes caus\u00e9es par l&#8217;utilisation de tableaux Excel, d&#8217;e-mails ou d&#8217;appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques. Un autre r\u00e9sultat de l&#8217;enqu\u00eate montre que l&#8217;int\u00e9gration des syst\u00e8mes centraux tels que l&#8217;ERP, la gestion des entrep\u00f4ts ou la gestion des cr\u00e9neaux
