L&#8217;op\u00e9rateur a\u00e9roportuaire norv\u00e9gien Avinor a lanc\u00e9 un concept de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 long terme qui r\u00e9pond notamment aux goulets d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement existants. Ceux-ci concernent principalement les places de stationnement pour les avions ainsi que le segment croissant du fret.<\/p>\n<h3>Nouveau secteur de fret en projet<\/h3>\n<p>Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central du projet est le d\u00e9placement de la zone de fret existante vers le c\u00f4t\u00e9 ouest de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport. De nouveaux terminaux de fret et de logistique y seront construits pour augmenter la capacit\u00e9 et am\u00e9liorer la stabilit\u00e9 des cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement. La Norv\u00e8ge d\u00e9pend fortement d&#8217;un fret a\u00e9rien efficace, en particulier pour l&#8217;exportation de fruits de mer, l&#8217;un des principaux produits d&#8217;exportation du pays. L&#8217;a\u00e9roport d&#8217;Oslo joue un r\u00f4le central en tant que hub international.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9placement de l&#8217;infrastructure de fret lib\u00e9rera des espaces dans l&#8217;ancienne zone de fret, qui pourront \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour l&#8217;expansion du trafic passagers et la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles liaisons a\u00e9riennes. Cela pourrait contribuer \u00e0 accro\u00eetre l&#8217;attractivit\u00e9 de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport pour les voyageurs internationaux.<\/p>\n<h3>Les goulets d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement comme moteur de changement<\/h3>\n<p>Actuellement, l&#8217;a\u00e9roport fait face \u00e0 des goulets d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement concernant les places de stationnement pour les avions, en particulier pendant les heures nocturnes et aux heures de pointe. L&#8217;expansion pr\u00e9vue de l&#8217;infrastructure de fret vise \u00e0 utiliser les installations existantes de mani\u00e8re plus efficace et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des capacit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires, sans avoir \u00e0 exploiter de nouveaux espaces dans des zones moins appropri\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>En plus du d\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;infrastructure de fret, Avinor pr\u00e9voit d&#8217;utiliser plus efficacement les pistes existantes. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mesures op\u00e9rationnelles et techniques, telles que des voies de circulation plus rapides, le nombre de mouvements d&#8217;avions pourrait \u00eatre augment\u00e9. Cela pourrait retarder le besoin de construire une troisi\u00e8me piste tout en permettant une croissance suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<h3>Perspectives \u00e0 long terme jusqu&#8217;en 2040<\/h3>\n<p>Le projet global est con\u00e7u pour une mise en \u0153uvre \u00e0 long terme jusqu&#8217;en 2040. L&#8217;expansion de la zone de fret constitue la premi\u00e8re phase et d\u00e9pend d&#8217;autres d\u00e9cisions d&#8217;investissement et d&#8217;approbations.
