Cela permet au consortium de tunnel FLC de commencer les pr\u00e9paratifs pour le coulage du premier segment de tunnel dans le chenal de tunnel au large de l&#8217;\u00eele danoise de Lolland d\u00e8s ce printemps.<\/p>\n<p>Le navire IVY se compose de deux unit\u00e9s reli\u00e9es qui peuvent saisir le segment de tunnel. Il est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#8217;un total de 23 km de c\u00e2bles en acier r\u00e9partis sur 66 tambours. Cette technologie est n\u00e9cessaire pour couler les sections de tunnel de 217 m de long \u00e0 une profondeur de 40 m avec la plus grande pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Lasse Vester, directeur adjoint des contrats chez Sund &amp; B\u00e6lt, le ma\u00eetre d&#8217;ouvrage de la liaison de tunnel immerg\u00e9 de 18 km vers l&#8217;Allemagne, d\u00e9clare : \u00ab IVY est un navire unique, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour la construction du tunnel de Fehmarnbelt. La t\u00e2che du navire est complexe, c&#8217;est pourquoi une multitude de tests \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires pour s&#8217;assurer qu&#8217;il r\u00e9pond aux exigences techniques et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es tant de notre part que de celle des autorit\u00e9s. Maintenant que l&#8217;autorisation est accord\u00e9e, nous sommes pr\u00eats pour le coulage. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paratifs pour le chenal de tunnel<\/h3>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement aux tests de l&#8217;IVY, FLC a pr\u00e9par\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re phase du chenal de tunnel devant le portail du tunnel \u00e0 R\u00f8dbyhavn. Cela inclut notamment le dragage et la pose d&#8217;une couche uniforme de gravier pour garantir que le fond du chenal est parfaitement plat.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours du mois d&#8217;avril, l&#8217;IVY sera amen\u00e9 au quai du port de travail de l&#8217;usine de construction de tunnels avec le segment de tunnel qui y est fix\u00e9. Du ballast en b\u00e9ton sera ensuite ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment pour le rendre suffisamment lourd afin qu&#8217;il puisse couler. Par la suite, l&#8217;IVY transportera l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment vers le chenal de tunnel et le fera couler dans un man\u0153uvre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab L&#8217;IVY a maintenant r\u00e9ussi tous les tests, et nous sommes impatients que FLC puisse commencer le coulage du premier segment de tunnel ce printemps. Ce sera une op\u00e9ration exigeante que nous devrons r\u00e9aliser au total 88 fois jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments soient en place \u00bb, ajoute Lasse Vester.<\/p>\n<p>La construction du tunnel de Fehmarnbelt a au moins deux ans de retard et devrait \u00eatre achev\u00e9e en 2032. Sund &amp; B\u00e6lt mettra \u00e0 jour le calendrier du projet apr\u00e8s que les premiers segments de tunnel auront \u00e9t\u00e9 coul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet fait partie des plus grands projets d&#8217;infrastructure en Europe et comprend la construction d&#8217;un tunnel immerg\u00e9 de 18 km entre le Danemark et l&#8217;Allemagne ainsi que les installations terrestres des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Le tunnel disposera de deux voies de circulation dans chaque direction et de deux voies \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9es pour les trains \u00e0 grande vitesse. Le temps de trajet sera de dix minutes en voiture et de sept minutes en train.<\/p>\n<p>La liaison vise \u00e0 renforcer le commerce, la mobilit\u00e9 et la coop\u00e9ration entre l&#8217;Europe du Nord et du Sud.
