Par cette d\u00e9marche, GEODIS r\u00e9affirme ses ambitions de jouer un r\u00f4le significatif dans la logistique portuaire en France.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux entreprises, actives en France ainsi qu&#8217;en Belgique (via la filiale Sealogis Freight Forwarding Belgium), ont jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent conserv\u00e9 leurs propres marques. La consolidation sous le nom GEODIS vise \u00e0 offrir aux clients de l&#8217;entreprise une visibilit\u00e9 compl\u00e8te sur les activit\u00e9s de logistique portuaire tout en renfor\u00e7ant les synergies op\u00e9rationnelles.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9veloppement strat\u00e9gique dans la logistique portuaire<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;unification des marques constitue une \u00e9tape strat\u00e9gique importante pour GEODIS et renforce la pr\u00e9sence de l&#8217;entreprise dans les principaux ports fran\u00e7ais o\u00f9 les deux filiales sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 actives depuis longtemps. Les \u00e9quipes r\u00e9unies comptent plus de 900 employ\u00e9s et exploitent d&#8217;importantes capacit\u00e9s logistiques, y compris plus de 150 000 m\u00b2 d&#8217;espace de stockage, un parc \u00e0 conteneurs s\u00e9curis\u00e9 et un entrep\u00f4t pour les groupages maritimes.
