Hellmann Worldwide Logistics et Samvardhana Motherson International Limited ont sign\u00e9 un accord pour la cr\u00e9ation d’une coentreprise ax\u00e9e sur la logistique automobile. Cette nouvelle entreprise combinera les forces des deux partenaires en associant le r\u00e9seau mondial et l’expertise logistique de Hellmann aux connaissances de Motherson sur les cha\u00eenes d’approvisionnement automobiles, comme l’a r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9marrage des op\u00e9rations et strat\u00e9gie de localisation<\/h3>\n

La coentreprise proposera des solutions de cha\u00eene d’approvisionnement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es pour l’industrie automobile et devrait, selon l’entreprise, servir de base logistique pour les deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s. Le d\u00e9marrage des op\u00e9rations est pr\u00e9vu pour juin 2026, avec une coordination initiale des activit\u00e9s depuis le si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Duba\u00ef. Dans le cadre de la croissance de l’entreprise, d’autres sites en Europe, en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, en Inde et au Moyen-Orient sont pr\u00e9vus.<\/p>\n

Pour Hellmann, cette coentreprise repr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tape dans la mise en \u0153uvre de sa strat\u00e9gie de croissance „Forward2030“. L’entreprise vise ainsi \u00e0 renforcer sa position dans le secteur. En combinant les capacit\u00e9s logistiques mondiales de Hellmann avec les comp\u00e9tences de Motherson dans les domaines du design, de l’ing\u00e9nierie, de la fabrication, de l’assemblage et de la logistique (D.E.M.A.L.), la coentreprise devrait cr\u00e9er une plateforme adapt\u00e9e aux besoins de l’industrie automobile.<\/p>\n
