Le fournisseur britannique d’immobilier logistique urbain, Chancerygate, a lanc\u00e9 son expansion en Allemagne. Avec l’ouverture d’un nouveau bureau \u00e0 Berlin et la nomination de Jonas Hitz en tant que responsable pour l’Allemagne, l’entreprise souhaite renforcer sa pr\u00e9sence sur le march\u00e9 allemand. Cette d\u00e9marche s’inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie globale de d\u00e9veloppement des activit\u00e9s en Europe.<\/p>\n

Jonas Hitz, qui a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment travaill\u00e9 pour l’investisseur et d\u00e9veloppeur immobilier BEOS, sera responsable de l’ensemble du march\u00e9 allemand dans son nouveau poste. Il identifiera et s\u00e9curisera des opportunit\u00e9s d’investissement Core-Plus et Value-Add g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des revenus r\u00e9currents, ainsi que des terrains \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper en Allemagne. La strat\u00e9gie de Chancerygate se concentre d’abord sur les sept plus grandes villes allemandes et les zones m\u00e9tropolitaines plus vastes.<\/p>\n

Chancerygate a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1995 et a son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Londres. Au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l’entreprise a \u00e9tabli une plateforme en Europe et dispose actuellement de plus de 80 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d’espaces multi-locataires de haute qualit\u00e9 pour la logistique urbaine, en construction ou pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s. Ces espaces sont r\u00e9partis sur cinq sites en Irlande, en Espagne et au Portugal. Au Royaume-Uni, Chancerygate d\u00e9veloppe actuellement environ 204 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d’espace logistique urbain, r\u00e9partis sur 15 sites.<\/p>\n

De plus, l’entreprise g\u00e8re au Royaume-Uni et en Europe continentale des biens immobiliers d’une valeur de plus de 810 millions d’euros. Le portefeuille d’investissement comprend plus de 540 unit\u00e9s locatives totalisant plus de 440 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d’espace commercial.<\/p>\n
