L&#8217;essai, qui a eu lieu au d\u00e9but de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, s&#8217;est \u00e9tendu sur environ 2 400 km et a conduit de l&#8217;Allemagne \u00e0 travers les Pays-Bas, la Belgique et le Danemark jusqu&#8217;en Su\u00e8de. L&#8217;objectif \u00e9tait de v\u00e9rifier la compatibilit\u00e9 entre les v\u00e9hicules et les bornes de recharge MCS de diff\u00e9rents fabricants, ainsi que de tester la faisabilit\u00e9 de la recharge dans des conditions hivernales.<\/p>\n<p>Les v\u00e9hicules d&#8217;essai ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recharg\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes bornes, tant publiques que priv\u00e9es. Un eActros 600 a \u00e9galement effectu\u00e9 des tests suppl\u00e9mentaires en hiver dans le cercle polaire finlandais, o\u00f9 les temp\u00e9ratures ont atteint jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 -20 \u00b0C, avant de prendre le chemin du retour.<\/p>\n<h3>Connaissances tir\u00e9es des essais<\/h3>\n<p>Peter Ziegler, responsable des composants de recharge \u00e9lectrique chez Mercedes-Benz Trucks, explique les principales conclusions des tests. Ceux-ci ont fourni des informations importantes sur la gestion de la chaleur des batteries et sur l&#8217;interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 entre le v\u00e9hicule et l&#8217;infrastructure de recharge. Les tests ont confirm\u00e9 que des puissances de recharge dans la plage du m\u00e9gawatt sont possibles m\u00eame \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures basses, \u00e0 condition que la batterie ait une temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement suffisante. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement pertinent, car la recharge en m\u00e9gawatt se fait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pendant les pauses de conduite l\u00e9galement requises, ce qui garantit la disponibilit\u00e9 en exploitation r\u00e9elle. De plus, plusieurs points de recharge ont permis d&#8217;effectuer des op\u00e9rations de recharge r\u00e9ussies, prouvant la faisabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<h3>Potentiel de la recharge en m\u00e9gawatt<\/h3>\n<p>Mercedes-Benz Trucks consid\u00e8re la recharge en m\u00e9gawatt comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central pour l&#8217;\u00e9lectrification du transport routier lourd et soutient la norme MCS en tant que solution ouverte et inter-fabricants. Compte tenu de l&#8217;\u00e9volution dynamique du march\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules utilitaires \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 batterie, une norme de recharge uniforme et internationalement compatible est jug\u00e9e de plus en plus importante. La norme MCS vise \u00e0 promouvoir l&#8217;interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, l&#8217;\u00e9volutivit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des investissements \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents march\u00e9s et fabricants.<\/p>\n<h3>Prochaines \u00e9tapes pour finaliser la norme MCS<\/h3>\n<p>La finalisation en cours de la norme MCS comprend \u00e0 la fois le mat\u00e9riel et le logiciel des v\u00e9hicules ainsi que ceux de l&#8217;infrastructure de recharge. Dans les mois \u00e0 venir, Mercedes-Benz Trucks pr\u00e9voit d&#8217;autres tests d&#8217;interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 avec diff\u00e9rents fabricants de bornes de recharge, afin d&#8217;optimiser davantage l&#8217;interaction entre le v\u00e9hicule et l&#8217;infrastructure de recharge.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, Daimler Truck participe en tant que partenaire industriel au projet \u00ab HoLa Hochleistungsladen im Lkw-Fernverkehr \u00bb et testera au cours de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e le eActros 600 dans l&#8217;infrastructure de recharge haute performance en conditions r\u00e9elles. Au second semestre, les premiers essais clients des eActros 600 compatibles MCS dans des op\u00e9rations logistiques r\u00e9elles sont pr\u00e9vus. Ces v\u00e9hicules seront utilis\u00e9s dans le cadre du projet d&#8217;\u00e9lectrification de la logistique de transport des usines de production Mercedes-Benz Trucks en Allemagne, \u00ab Electrify Inbound Logistic \u00bb, chez diff\u00e9rents clients. Pour r\u00e9duire les temps de recharge des camions \u00e9lectriques, une borne de recharge compatible MCS est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vue sur le site de l&#8217;usine \u00e0 W\u00f6rth am Rhein, qui
