Le tribunal de district d&#8217;Innsbruck a ouvert la proc\u00e9dure de faillite concernant Nothegger Transport Logistik. Selon les informations des associations de protection des cr\u00e9anciers, les dettes s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 environ 15 millions d&#8217;euros. Environ 300 employ\u00e9s pourraient \u00eatre touch\u00e9s par cette faillite.<\/p>\n<p>La demande a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par la Caisse autrichienne de sant\u00e9 (\u00d6GK), qui r\u00e9clame des cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale impay\u00e9es s&#8217;\u00e9levant \u00e0 plusieurs millions. Selon les informations de l&#8217;Association des cr\u00e9anciers alpins, les dettes envers l&#8217;\u00d6GK s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 environ 3,2 millions d&#8217;euros, environ 1,8 million d&#8217;euros envers l&#8217;administration fiscale et environ 9,3 millions d&#8217;euros envers les banques. Malgr\u00e9 quelques paiements partiels, les probl\u00e8mes financiers n&#8217;ont pas pu \u00eatre r\u00e9solus.<\/p>\n<p>La direction avait auparavant mis\u00e9 sur l&#8217;entr\u00e9e d&#8217;un investisseur ainsi que sur la vente \u00e0 court terme d&#8217;un bien immobilier. Cependant, ces \u00e9tapes n&#8217;ont pas pu \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre \u00e0 temps. Le tribunal a donc jug\u00e9 que les conditions pour une proc\u00e9dure de faillite \u00e9taient r\u00e9unies.<\/p>\n<p>Comme charge suppl\u00e9mentaire, des imp\u00f4ts diff\u00e9r\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus sont \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer. Les remboursements d\u00e9sormais dus aggravent consid\u00e9rablement la situation de liquidit\u00e9 de l&#8217;entreprise, selon KSV1870. L&#8217;administration de la faillite examine maintenant si une poursuite de l&#8217;activit\u00e9 est possible.
