Dans une d\u00e9claration conjointe, les organisations soulignent leur inqui\u00e9tude pour le bien-\u00eatre des marins et des civils touch\u00e9s par les r\u00e9centes attaques. Les incidents tragiques et la perte de vies humaines ont alarm\u00e9 les associations, et leurs pens\u00e9es vont aux familles des victimes.<\/p>\n<h3>Appel \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les marins<\/h3>\n<p>Les associations appellent toutes les parties concern\u00e9es \u00e0 prendre toutes les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des marins. Ceux-ci se trouvent dans une situation instable, sans en \u00eatre responsables. La situation dans la r\u00e9gion est d\u00e9crite comme dynamique et impr\u00e9visible, ce qui souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour l&#8217;ensemble du secteur de s&#8217;appuyer sur des informations fiables provenant de sources de confiance.<\/p>\n<p>Les organisations conseillent \u00e0 tous les navires op\u00e9rant dans la r\u00e9gion de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des analyses de risque compl\u00e8tes et de rester vigilants conform\u00e9ment aux derni\u00e8res directives en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 maritime (Best Management Practices, BMP). Les op\u00e9rateurs de navires doivent continuer \u00e0 suivre les mises \u00e0 jour des autorit\u00e9s gouvernementales officielles et agir en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ICS, en tant que principale association commerciale mondiale, d\u00e9fend les int\u00e9r\u00eats des armateurs et des op\u00e9rateurs dans le domaine de la navigation commerciale et repr\u00e9sente plus de 80 % de la flotte commerciale mondiale. L&#8217;ECSA, quant \u00e0 elle, regroupe 21 associations nationales d&#8217;armateurs de l&#8217;UE et de Norv\u00e8ge et contr\u00f4le 35 % de la flotte commerciale mondiale. L&#8217;ASA est une organisation volontaire qui repr\u00e9sente les int\u00e9r\u00eats des associations d&#8217;armateurs des \u00c9tats de l&#8217;ASEAN, de la Chine, de Hong Kong, du Japon et de la Cor\u00e9e, repr\u00e9sentant environ 50 % de la flotte commerciale mondiale.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9claration conjointe souligne l&#8217;urgence de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en mer et de
