Il succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Michael Behrendt, qui n&#8217;est pas en mesure de continuer \u00e0 exercer ses fonctions pour des raisons de sant\u00e9. Behrendt reste cependant membre ordinaire du conseil de surveillance.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision d&#8217;\u00e9lire Gernandt intervient dans un contexte o\u00f9 les m\u00e9rites de Michael Behrendt demeurent intacts. Le conseil de surveillance a d\u00e9j\u00e0 signal\u00e9 qu&#8217;un retour de Behrendt \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence apr\u00e8s sa gu\u00e9rison compl\u00e8te est express\u00e9ment souhait\u00e9. Le moment et les modalit\u00e9s de ce retour seront discut\u00e9s en temps voulu.<\/p>\n<p>Avec la prise de fonction de Gernandt, il a \u00e9galement transf\u00e9r\u00e9 son mandat de pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 d&#8217;audit et des finances \u00e0 Oscar Eduardo Hasb\u00fan Mart\u00ednez. Mart\u00ednez est membre du conseil de surveillance de Hapag-Lloyd AG depuis 2014.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, Francisco P\u00e9rez Mackenna, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 repr\u00e9sentant des actionnaires de CSAV au conseil de surveillance, quittera celui-ci \u00e0 sa demande le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2026.
