Une comparaison entre l&#8217;Europe et les \u00c9tats-Unis r\u00e9v\u00e8le, selon une analyse de Transporeon, des diff\u00e9rences dans les capacit\u00e9s structurelles.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9volutions du march\u00e9 au premier semestre 2022<\/h3>\n<p>Au premier semestre 2022, tant l&#8217;Europe que les \u00c9tats-Unis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des goulets d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement en mati\u00e8re de capacit\u00e9. Ces goulets d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement r\u00e9sultaient d&#8217;une augmentation de la demande due aux fermetures li\u00e9es \u00e0 la Covid-19 ainsi qu&#8217;\u00e0 des interruptions dans les cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement. En cons\u00e9quence, les deux r\u00e9gions ont connu une reprise, alors que les conditions de march\u00e9 initialement volatiles ont c\u00e9d\u00e9 la place \u00e0 une phase de consolidation. Il est frappant de constater, selon Transporeon, que le march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain a travers\u00e9 ce cycle environ quatre mois plus t\u00f4t que le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en. En 2023, la capacit\u00e9 dans les deux r\u00e9gions a atteint son niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis des ann\u00e9es, avant que les march\u00e9s ne se d\u00e9veloppent diff\u00e9remment au premier trimestre 2024.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9volutions de capacit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes<\/h3>\n<p>Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, la capacit\u00e9 disponible est rest\u00e9e \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2025, ce qui, selon l&#8217;entreprise, a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un environnement favorable pour les exp\u00e9diteurs et les courtiers. En revanche, l&#8217;Europe a enregistr\u00e9 une diminution continue des capacit\u00e9s. Cette tendance s&#8217;est poursuivie apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve stabilisation en 2025 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e en cours, comme le rapporte Transporeon.<\/p>\n<p>Christian Dolderer explique que ces \u00e9volutions diff\u00e9rentes sont principalement dues aux r\u00e9actions des march\u00e9s du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&#8217;offre. \u00ab Les entreprises de transport europ\u00e9ennes ont r\u00e9agi relativement rapidement \u00e0 la baisse des marges et \u00e0 l&#8217;augmentation significative des co\u00fbts d&#8217;exploitation en r\u00e9duisant la taille de leurs flottes. L&#8217;augmentation du nombre de faillites dans le secteur a acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 ce processus. En lien avec la baisse de la demande de transport en 2024 et au premier semestre 2025, cela explique la diminution continue de la capacit\u00e9 en Europe. En cons\u00e9quence, le climat du march\u00e9 pour les exp\u00e9diteurs et les courtiers est nettement moins favorable qu&#8217;aux \u00c9tats-Unis \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Dolderer.
