Beason a pris la parole lors d&#8217;un panel sur les diff\u00e9rentes interpr\u00e9tations du programme Third-Party Canine-Cargo (3PK9-C) de la TSA et les d\u00e9fis associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la v\u00e9rification correcte des cargaisons, en particulier des batteries au lithium.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Du point de vue des marchandises dangereuses, le programme 3PK9-C n&#8217;est pas clairement d\u00e9fini \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Beason. Il a soulign\u00e9 qu&#8217;avec la prolif\u00e9ration croissante des batteries au lithium dans les livraisons de fret a\u00e9rien, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9glementations clairement d\u00e9finies et indiscutables, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 des articles sp\u00e9cifiques, devient de plus en plus importante. Cela est crucial pour garantir la conformit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme 3PK9-C a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le cadre des programmes de contr\u00f4le de fret certifi\u00e9s (CCSP) de la TSA et se concentrait initialement sur la d\u00e9tection des explosifs. Beason a ajout\u00e9 : \u00ab L&#8217;objectif de ces programmes devrait \u00eatre d&#8217;harmoniser les op\u00e9rations de contr\u00f4le, de sorte que chaque \u00e9quipe cynophile travaille selon
