En 2024, seulement pr\u00e8s de 2 millions de tonnes de fret a\u00e9rien ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transport\u00e9es, alors qu&#8217;au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2010, environ 2,5 millions de tonnes \u00e9taient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement achemin\u00e9es. Cette \u00e9volution est jug\u00e9e alarmante par les associations, car le march\u00e9 international du fret a\u00e9rien continue de cro\u00eetre. Selon le communiqu\u00e9 de presse des associations, le transport de fret a\u00e9rien est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme essentiel pour le commerce ext\u00e9rieur allemand, qui a atteint en 2024 une valeur d&#8217;environ 290 milliards d&#8217;euros.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Joachim Lang, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du BDL, souligne l&#8217;importance du fret a\u00e9rien pour l&#8217;\u00e9conomie allemande : \u00ab Le fret a\u00e9rien est l&#8217;\u00e9pine dorsale logistique d&#8217;une \u00e9conomie mondiale interconnect\u00e9e comme celle de l&#8217;Allemagne. Nos compagnies a\u00e9riennes et nos hubs peuvent fournir des performances de pointe \u2013 mais pour cela, elles ont besoin de conditions-cadres comp\u00e9titives. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h3>Causes de la d\u00e9localisation de la cr\u00e9ation de valeur<\/h3>\n<p>Les associations identifient l&#8217;augmentation des co\u00fbts d&#8217;emplacement et une bureaucratie excessive comme les principales causes de la d\u00e9localisation des activit\u00e9s de fret a\u00e9rien \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger. Ces facteurs rendent l&#8217;emplacement de fret a\u00e9rien allemand peu attrayant et conduisent les entreprises \u00e0 transf\u00e9rer leurs capacit\u00e9s vers des hubs \u00e9trangers. Les cons\u00e9quences ne sont pas seulement \u00e9conomiques ; la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&#8217;approvisionnement en Allemagne pourrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre menac\u00e9e. Les cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement particuli\u00e8rement sensibles au temps, comme dans le secteur de la technologie m\u00e9dicale ou de l&#8217;\u00e9lectronique, d\u00e9pendent d&#8217;un fret a\u00e9rien fiable.<\/p>\n<p>Les associations demandent donc une r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s et une r\u00e9glementation pragmatique pour accro\u00eetre l&#8217;attractivit\u00e9 de l&#8217;emplacement. \u00ab La comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 du fret a\u00e9rien en Allemagne d\u00e9pend en grande partie du niveau politique \u00bb, affirment les repr\u00e9sentants des associations.<\/p>\n<h3>Besoins d&#8217;action pour l&#8217;avenir<\/h3>\n<p>Pour renforcer l&#8217;emplacement de fret a\u00e9rien en Allemagne, des mesures claires sont n\u00e9cessaires. Celles-ci incluent la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts d&#8217;emplacement, la suppression des obstacles bureaucratiques et la cr\u00e9ation de conditions-cadres contraignantes au niveau europ\u00e9en. Les associations proposent d&#8217;examiner des all\u00e9gements fiscaux pour le secteur ainsi que de simplifier les processus douaniers et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La prochaine discussion sectorielle \u00e0 Berlin servira de plateforme pour discuter ensemble avec des repr\u00e9sentants du gouvernement, de l&#8217;industrie et de la logistique des solutions possibles.
