Ce test, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 sur une p\u00e9riode de 15 semaines au terminal de fret de l&#8217;a\u00e9roport de Copenhague, a confirm\u00e9 la performance du syst\u00e8me de mesure bas\u00e9 sur la vision pour les marchandises palettis\u00e9es dans des conditions op\u00e9rationnelles r\u00e9elles. En raison des r\u00e9sultats positifs, WFS pr\u00e9voit d&#8217;introduire le syst\u00e8me Dimensioner in Motion dans plusieurs sites EMEAA.<\/p>\n<h3>Dans plusieurs sites<\/h3>\n<p>Les cinq prochains a\u00e9roports o\u00f9 le syst\u00e8me doit \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre sont Amsterdam, Stockholm-ARN, Barcelone, Li\u00e8ge et Paris-CDG. Le syst\u00e8me Dimensioner in Motion utilise des cam\u00e9ras st\u00e9r\u00e9o-vision, de l&#8217;intelligence artificielle et des algorithmes pour capturer les dimensions et les donn\u00e9es visuelles des palettes standard et non standard pendant le transport. Cela se fait ind\u00e9pendamment du fait que les palettes soient d\u00e9plac\u00e9es par un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur, un tapis roulant ou un v\u00e9hicule automatis\u00e9 (AGV). Les mesures pr\u00e9cises respectent les normes internationales et garantissent une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b12 cm, ce qui est essentiel pour la collecte correcte des informations de fret et l&#8217;utilisation optimale de l&#8217;espace a\u00e9rien.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me permet d&#8217;effectuer des calculs de volume en moins de deux secondes. Dans un environnement \u00e0 fort volume de fret, WFS s&#8217;attend \u00e0 ce que jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 500 palettes par heure puissent \u00eatre trait\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>Efficacit\u00e9 et transparence<\/h3>\n<p>Jimi Daniel Hansen, SVP de l&#8217;excellence op\u00e9rationnelle chez WFS : \u00ab La rapidit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9cision et la fiabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me Dimensioner in Motion par rapport aux m\u00e9thodes de mesure manuelles traditionnelles sont nettement plus efficaces et am\u00e9lioreront l&#8217;ensemble du flux de fret dans nos op\u00e9rations. \u00bb Le syst\u00e8me fournit des rapports de donn\u00e9es structur\u00e9es sur les mesures individuelles et les envois, ainsi que des preuves photographiques des mesures. De plus, il effectue une analyse de la empilabilit\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer si une palette est adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;empilage.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;introduction du syst\u00e8me Dimensioner in Motion repr\u00e9sente la derni\u00e8re collaboration entre WFS et CIND dans le domaine de la num\u00e9risation. Ce partenariat vise \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la transparence et la productivit\u00e9 dans les op\u00e9rations gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des technologies automatis\u00e9es bas\u00e9es sur la vision pour la mesure de fret.
